Reservations include complimentary beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, accommodations for12 and beach access a mere 300 feet, Wabi Sabi exceeds the meaning of the phrase. Exceptional proximity to the beach as a second-tier property with the distance to the beach less than 100 yards.

The first floor offers 3 guest bedrooms and 2.5 baths with full laundry: two queens, and one bunk room with sleeper sofa (2 full beds). There are two thoughtful living areas with plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort. Choose from relaxing and watching television, reading with St. Joseph Bay in the background, or a heated game of Foosball.

The dining room offers partial water views with stylish décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances, dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. Windmark Beach offers dining options at The View on 98 and spirits/snacks at The Mill & Mercantile.

The master bedroom is an open loft on the second floor offering a king bed, desk, and flat screen television. The master bathroom is attached and offers stunning views of St. Joseph Bay from a large waterfall shower.

Outdoor living is a breeze with patio access off the kitchen, ample outdoor seating, and a propane grill. Exploring Windmark Beach will be a breeze with multiple beach access points. A great area for shelling with scenic views of Cape San Blas in the distance. Ample parking available; Boats and trailers are allowed! All family vacations are Wabi Sabi but your accommodations don't have to be.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guest's length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

received several messages on how to check in and they conflated so it was a bit confusing. Also had no hot water for the first day of out stay, and then had an electrical issue the last day and half that we were there were several lights and outlets didn't work, and the stove didn't work so we couldn't cook dinner and breakfast during that time.

Bummer about the pool. The HOA will close the pool time to time for cleaning. This happens on occasion after heavy use. Though an inconvenience is commendable that the HOA checks the pool chemicals regularly keeping sanitation a high priority. We'd love to have you return so we can provide a 5 Star experience! Wonderful stay!

We had wonderful visit! Property was clean and close to the ocean. Only drawbacks were there are no closets to hang your clothes, the bedrooms are not connected to the bathrooms (only 2 showers), and the loft upstairs has no door. Would definitely recommend and come again. Very peaceful community and the beach was not crowded at all!

Yearly scallop trip

The stay was great! We come yearly to Port St. Joe with family & scallop! We bring two boats & there are usually 4 couples & kids! Very fun time! This house was perfect, had plenty of room inside & out & parking for boats! Owners were very nice & accommodating! Would highly recommend!

Sweet sunshine and peace

Wabi Sabi comfortably housed our party of 11 for one week in June 2025. Port St. Joe was exactly what my family and I needed. The house was a little quirky (which we didn’t mind) and the multiple sitting areas (inside and out) offered the various age groups places to hang. The kitchen was well stocked with all “tools” needed. The set of bunk beds are not queen as listed: they are full size. To make a few suggestions: a) throw blankets in the common area b) clean up the 2 minute walkway to the beach and c) spare sheets/blankets. If you are looking for a quiet space with beautiful sunsets, Wabi Sabi is it!

Family Spring break getaway

We’ve visited Port St. Joe multiple times but this was our first time at Wabi Sabi house. It was a great space for our family of 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The checkin info was a little spotty. All gate and house code info that was emailed and texted prior to arrival was incorrect so we had to get ahold of management. Unfortunately the dishwasher broke the first day we were there so we spent a lot of time handwashing dishes that week (fixed by Thursday) It was good to see the Windmark area built up with shops and eateries. The community pool was nice and of course the beach so close is always a plus.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9! The location was even better than expected and the surrounding area did not disappoint. Having access to bikes provided by the rental company was a huge plus and allowed us to have morning bike rides to get coffee. We would definitely come stay here again!

Our stay in port St Joe FL was wonderful! The property was a perfect location. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having the bikes was a nice feature to ride around near by. We didn’t have a pass to get in to the pool areas but there were other guest in the neighborhood that were very kind to let us in. I would recommend bringing beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and full size linens for the pullout sofa if you need to use it. Other than that you’ll have all you need to have an enjoyable stay!

I want to point out that we do not advertise a pool for Wabi Sabi which is why no pool passes were provided. Partial water views, 4 adult bikes, and fooseball are provided making great amenities. :)

16yo Birthday fishing trip

My son just turned 16 and wanted to bring a few buddies down to the beach to fish. Wabi Sabi was the perfect house to host this group given the large living space, bunk room, great outdoor space and proximity to the beach. Access to the amenities at Windmark and downtown PSJ were great too. The adults really enjoyed watching sunsets from the porch and snapped several postcard-like photos. The kitchen was interesting to navigate but we had no problem in making breakfast, dinner and lots of delicious snacks for this big group of hungry boys! We would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend it to friends. We really enjoyed the Wabi Sabi way of life!
