The listing is spacious and just like the pictures. It was clean and well lit. The location is great and the neighborhood was quiet even for the holiday. The draw backs are the furniture is not comfortable and if you have a large group there is not enough seating for everyone. The kitchen is lacking some basics like measuring cups, can opener, and colander. Also there is no guest access to the kitchen pantry which significantly impacts food storage for larger groups. We were traveling with 4 families. Overall we would stay again.

Nice updated home

The house was very nice and clean. Owner always quickly responded. Overhead door opener worked off and on but was able to open and close manually. Check in was easy and close to shopping and restaurants

There were multiple times where communicated to the property owner, and nothing was done. When we walked into the property, that was a very strong odor, almost unbearable. I attempted ventilation. It smelled of a very spicy odor or something like cumin or curry or something very spicy we requested that they would do something about it multiple times I texted him five or six times, his only response was I’m sorry for your inconvenience. Will handle it after you check out and he said light a candle or something smell very bad, even with ventilation of the windows and fans. The reason being is one of my children has allergies, and it significantly exacerbated her allergies. It did not make the stay pleasant at all. Otherwise, the place was big. Everything was comfortable. They just need to handle their cleaning and there are basic requests of people that spend several days at their property with respect and in a timely fashion. They were quick to dismiss, but slow to respond. seems a little unacceptable if they don’t reply and do anything about that on a timely manner, gave him plenty of time to do it. There were about 10 trash bags outside when we arrived in the front of the driveway to be picked up.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. When you first contacted us on your check-in day, we immediately offered to come address the odor concern the same day. At that time, you mentioned your children were already asleep and preferred that we come the following day. We followed up again the next afternoon and again offered to send someone over, but at that point you indicated that it should have already been taken care of and were understandably frustrated. As this was during a very busy holiday period, we did our best to remain responsive and offered assistance multiple times. Our cleaning team did not initially detect any unusually strong odor prior to your arrival, and as our home is an Airbnb, guests are permitted to cook, which can sometimes result in lingering food aromas. We would also like to note that after checkout, our cleaners reported that a very large amount of trash and used diapers were left behind, and the home required extra cleaning. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our hosting standards. We wish you and your family all the best and thank you again for staying with us.

Absolute gem

Tucked away in the heart of DFW (middle of everything) - the house is an absolute gem - a brief respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house offers ample room for a growing family w/ four bedrooms and bunk beds for the children. The entire house is newly built and quality upgrades seamlessly flow throughout the living areas. It doesn't do too much - and is just right - elegant and practical. The temperature control in the house is excellent - it definitely beats the Texas heat - great airflow throughout. The garage is clean, empty and offers plenty of room for cars to be parked indoors. The bathrooms have quality finishes and there are plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen is an absolute delight for those who love cooking at home. I only have positive things to say about the entire experience - the house, the host, and locality - the neighbors are nice and friendly. Do yourself a favor and book today - Highly recommend - A
