After enjoying a swim, walk through the sliding glass doors to your spacious recently renovated kitchen. High-end stainless steel appliances let you cook tasty food for your guests without breaking a sweat.



At the end of the day, you can enjoy your favorite shows on Apple TV on the smart TVs in your living room Area or Master bedroom



You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib, and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

Your home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas. You’ll be conveniently located just 9.2 miles from DFW Airport, 12.9 miles to downtown Dallas, and 15.5 miles from the AT&T Stadium.



In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 6.3 miles drive! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 5.9 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 15.2 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 13 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.



- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -



We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.



- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -



Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.



- ADDITIONAL BEDROOM



The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.



- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.



- NO INDOOR SMOKING -



Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.



- POOL AND HOT TUB-



Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- LANDSCAPING -



The landscaper goes once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -



For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -



Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.



- PEST CONTROL -



This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.



The garage is remodeled for a ping pong table.
