The home was exactly as described. Very clean and organized and the backyard was huge! The neighbors were very nice tooI feel like this is, hands down, one of the better properties in the Grand Prairie area. Our host was quick to respond and was very accommodating. I really liked that they only had us take out the trash and they did the rest. This experience makes me want to rent from them againYou won’t regret renting here.

Here’s a polished review you can use (or tweak to your tone):⸻We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated having access to the garage—it made things so much more convenient during our stay. The location was also a huge plus—close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, relaxing area. It made getting around easy and really added to the overall experience.Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking!

Newly redone - great stay!

We had a great stay for 6 adults. The property has been newly renovated and is very nice. We had a few very minor issues since we were one of the first ones to stay at the property, but the owner was very responsive and took care of our needs quickly. This is a great stay for a reasonable price!

Spacious Home Away From Home

The home was the perfect size for our family of 4. The bedrooms gave our adult children privacy while the common areas provided ample space for family time. Check in/out was easy!

We had the pleasure of hosting Jennifer at our home and couldn't have asked for a better guest! They were communicative, respectful of our property, and left everything in perfect condition. Jennifer followed all the house rules and was a delight to interact with. We highly recommend them to other hosts and would welcome them back anytime. A perfect 5-star guest!

I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and inviting in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property had a well kept outdoor space which was great. The owner was very responsive. We had a 6am flight to Dallas and our flight was cancelled at midnight the night before we were scheduled to arrive. The owner was nice enough to not charge us the day that was missed. I really appreciated that... I will certainly return if I am in the area again.

Great location in quiet & quaint little neighborhood

This is a great little property for a friends and/or family getaway! The backyard is huge and it's nice to sit out on the covered back porch for morning coffee to listen to the birds and watch the squirrels play. The modern decor is very nice and beds are comfortable. There should be more seating in the LR, but it was fine for 3 of us.The thermostat is controlled by the host and you have to request temperature changes, which is odd but was handled promptly. Would stay here again for travel and events in the area.

Clean House

Overall stay was good. Plenty of towels. Nice to have salt and pepper and coffee pods. We brought coffee but there is only a Keurig. The house was clean. Only suggestion is to improve the comfort of the living room furniture. It is more of a sitting room style than a family style living room and only space for three people to sit. It was easy to find and we were able to park in the garage.

As your host, I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for my guests. My love for hospitality stems from my own fond memories of traveling and staying in unique places, which sparked a desire to offer the same warmth and comfort to others. Being a host allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, share stories, and learn new perspectives. I take great pride in preparing my home to be a welcoming haven, where every detail is thoughtfully arranged for your comfort. My goal is to ensure that each guest feels special and valued, and to provide a space where you can relax, recharge, and create lasting memories. For me, hosting is not just about offering a place to stay; it's about enriching lives and forging connections that endure beyond your visit.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I chose this neighborhood for my property because it perfectly blends tranquility with accessibility. It's a peaceful, safe area where the streets are lined with trees and the community is friendly and welcoming. This location strikes a unique balance, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle while still being conveniently close to key attractions and amenities. The neighborhood’s proximity to local points of interest, such as cultural landmarks, parks, and shopping centers, means guests can easily enjoy a variety of experiences. Additionally, its strategic position between major cities provides an ideal base for exploring the region. I wanted my guests to experience the best of both worlds - the charm of a quiet, residential area along with the ease of exploring the vibrant surroundings. This neighborhood is not just a place to stay; it's a community that offers a genuine, local experience.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

My property stands out for its unique combination of features that cater to a diverse range of preferences. Firstly, its prime location in a prestigious, safe neighborhood offers guests both security and serenity. The property is notably close to a beautiful lake, providing opportunities for outdoor activities like fishing, boating, or leisurely walks along the shore. Additionally, one of the property's highlights is its spacious backyard, a rare find in the area. This expansive outdoor space is perfect for families and friends to gather, enjoy BBQs, or simply relax in a private, serene setting. The combination of a picturesque and tranquil neighborhood, proximity to the lake, and the luxury of a large backyard sets this property apart, offering an experience that is both exclusive and comforting. It's not just a place to stay; it's a retreat that promises relaxation, recreation, and unforgettable memories.
