Newly redone - great stay!

We had a great stay for 6 adults. The property has been newly renovated and is very nice. We had a few very minor issues since we were one of the first ones to stay at the property, but the owner was very responsive and took care of our needs quickly. This is a great stay for a reasonable price!

I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and inviting in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property had a well kept outdoor space which was great. The owner was very responsive. We had a 6am flight to Dallas and our flight was cancelled at midnight the night before we were scheduled to arrive. The owner was nice enough to not charge us the day that was missed. I really appreciated that... I will certainly return if I am in the area again.

Great location in quiet & quaint little neighborhood

This is a great little property for a friends and/or family getaway! The backyard is huge and it's nice to sit out on the covered back porch for morning coffee to listen to the birds and watch the squirrels play. The modern decor is very nice and beds are comfortable. There should be more seating in the LR, but it was fine for 3 of us.The thermostat is controlled by the host and you have to request temperature changes, which is odd but was handled promptly. Would stay here again for travel and events in the area.

Overall stay was good. Plenty of towels. Nice to have salt and pepper and coffee pods. We brought coffee but there is only a Keurig. The house was clean. Only suggestion is to improve the comfort of the living room furniture. It is more of a sitting room style than a family style living room and only space for three people to sit. It was easy to find and we were able to park in the garage.
