There is free street parking in front of the homes, although this area is highly walkable and Ubers are readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. No Locals are allowed to book.

The house was very convenient to Belmont University and was able to walk to 12 South for shopping and entertainment. Parking was readily available. The units were very clean and had an abundant amount of linens. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

What an amazing place to stay and make memories with friends and family. The back to back units were very clean very spacious and a good center for our trip. The local shops, restaurants, coffee, places, and bars within easy walking distance. There’s even a very convenient full grocery store to get whatever your needs are as well. Would highly recommend staying at this place for either one or both of the units.

Excellent location and property is just as described, it was a perfect set up for our extended family to be together and ensure everyone had their own space. We had one minor issue and the host was incredibly responsive. I'd add that this host is one of the most responsive we've ever worked with - they were incredibly easy to work with and usually responded within 5 minutes of any message that we sent. Thank you!

The property itself was nice and spacious. Location is great. Grocery store close by and lots to do. To start, when I asked about the smoking policy I was told "Thanks for checking in. Smoking isnt allowed anywhere on the property, including the back patio, even if butts are disposed of properly. I appreciate your understanding and help in keeping the space smoke-free for everyone"But there is a smoker's outpost (ashtray) on the patio. After I told we "could" smoke on the patio, being the compliant customer, I decided to dump the ashtray on the patio before we left and found it to be COMPLETELY FULL (so much for cleaning, which was a400.00 charge) The laundry room had trash between the washer and dryer,(NOT CLEAN) and only portions of the floors were swept.Unfortunately, I can't post the pictures/video that I have of the property.There was a REQUIREMENT for a security deposit, which was SUPPOSEDLY to be collected when I arrived at the property, but I found out the day before arrival that it HAD BEEN charged to my credit card vs cash payment.Last but not least, I requested an early check in and this was the response: "Can I get an early check in for my stay beginning on 9 March 2026? 1:00 or 2:00 would be ideal" Hi Carl! Your stay from March 9, 2026 to March 13, 2026 is coming up soon. If youd like the flexibility to arrive as early as you wish, I wanted to let you know that the night of March 8 is available—and were offering a 10% discount just for you!–

To clarify a few points—we do not allow any smoking in our home or on our patio. If you want to smoke outside of the house and properly dispose of your butts, you are welcome to. For clarification purposes, that ashtray shown is not ours nor part of our property. We apologize that our cleaner missed the item between the washer and dryer. That’s certainly not our standard, and we will address it directly with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the security deposit, this is a standard practice on VRBO and is processed using the card on file—no cash is ever collected. This information is outlined in the welcome materials sent prior to arrival. As for early check-in, we always do our best to accommodate when possible, but it depends entirely on the turnover schedule and can only be confirmed the day of arrival. For guests who want guaranteed early access, booking the night prior is the only way to ensure that, which is why we offered a discounted rate for the additional night.
