Our 2 townhomes offer many sleeping options w/
6 private bedrooms, 5 full baths, 2 half baths, 2 rooftops, a game room & only 1.5 miles to Broadway. We are also under a mile from the Gulch& all of the murals in one of our local neighborhoods of 12th South.


Rooftops- You enter the beautiful rooftop space as you come up the stairs from the 3rd level. This space is large and features PLENTY of seating! Perfect space for hanging out and enjoying a drink with friends/family! There are plenty of games such as bowling, cornhole, can toss, dice, and more for your use!

1st Floor/ Entrance- 1118 Argyle has a HUGE GAME ROOM, with sleeping sofas for 4 total! There are plenty of games for you and your party to enjoy, including board/card games, pool table, dart board, and more! This is perfect for any group looking to catch the big game, host a bachelor/bachelorette night, or looking to make new memories in Music City! Our house selfie mural will make sure you don’t need to stand in line downtown to let your friends know where you are!! ( we even included the props; so please tag us and photo opp away!!) Between the games and fun you may just stay in for the night...
1125 Summit also has a game room! It has a speak easy vibe and a pull out couch! There is also a bedroom on this floor with queen size bunks! Has a full en-suite bathroom also!

The main (2nd) floors- 1125 Summit - As you walk straight up the stairs when you enter the home, you are welcomed into the beautiful open kitchen/dining area! Our kitchens features high end appliances and a traditional/keurig coffee maker combo for everyone’s enjoyment. The kitchens and dining areas are opened right into the vibrant living spaces. Perfect for great conversation, a game of twister; or just dinks and creating the best memories ever! 1118 Argyle- as you come up the stairs, you enter the kitchen and living space. Off of the kitchen, there is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed with twin trundle. (Sleeping for 3). This guest bedroom has an attached half bathroom, which is also accessible to the living/kitchen area! There is even a chalkboard to insure you can customize your celebration, or insure your friends know how much you appreciate them!

3rd floor- 1125 Summit - When you continue up the stairs from the living room, you come to the 3rd floor which has two bedrooms, each with along size beds. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other room has a full bathroom that is not attached. The laundry is also on this level!
1118 Argyle - As you enter the 3rd floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom!

Rooftop- You enter the beautiful rooftop space as you come up the stairs from the 3rd level. This space is large and features PLENTY of seating! Perfect space for hanging out and enjoying a drink with friends/family!

There is a parking lot in the back of these units that has about 15 spots and there is plenty of street parking!

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

🔑 Starter Amenities
We provide a small starter set of essentials to get y’all going:

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

2 rolls of paper towels

1 cleaning sponge

1 travel-size bar soap and shampoo

A handful of K-cups or a small bag of coffee grounds ☕

Heads-up: Being in the city means you might hear some fun city sounds like trains, buses, cars, and general street vibes—it’s all part of the Nashville experience! 🎸
