Welcome to our fully redecorated Two-Bedroom Deluxe condo at Windy Oaks Apartments, a spacious and romantic mountain retreat perfect for couples, families, or a getaway with friends.

This 1,025 sq ft condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers stunning views of Gatlinburg SkyBridge and the Space Needle, with front-row seats to 4th of July and New Year’s fireworks right from your private balcony 🎆

The easiest way to access the room is from the right side of the building. There are three short flights of stairs: two with 4 steps each and one with 10 steps.

The location was great as well as the balcony view The only down fall was we are in our 60’s with bad legs and backs… way to many steps to carry luggage up and down!!

The walls and ceiling are paper thin. The entire week we could hear everything the people above us were saying and doing. It was understandable on New Years Eve. The water leaked out of almost all the faucets. It is very close to downtown but a steep incline. We walked one day and I almost didn’t make it back to the apartment lol.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you staying with us over the New Year holiday. Regarding the noise, as discussed during your stay, we did immediately reach out to the guests in the unit above after you let us know and asked them to be mindful. The property is located in a condominium building, so some level of shared noise can occur, especially during major holidays like New Year’s when many guests are celebrating. Unfortunately, noise originating outside of our unit is beyond our direct control, but we did our best to address it promptly. Concerning the faucets, our team completes routine maintenance and inspections after each guest’s departure, and no issues were reported prior to or during your stay. We were not made aware of any leaking faucets while you were in the unit, and we’re always happy to address any concerns as soon as they’re brought to our attention. As for the walk back from downtown, the condo is located in the mountains, which does mean hilly terrain. This is also what allows for the beautiful mountain setting and views. For guests who prefer not to walk uphill, the free Gatlinburg trolley conveniently stops at the bottom of the hill and provides an easy alternative. We truly strive to provide a five-star experience for every guest, and we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time! Upon arrival, the condo was clean, well prepared, and the coffee maker was filled and ready to go! It was nice that it was decorated for the holidays as well. My husband and kids were able to see the condo from the top of Anakeesta lookout tower. Finding a parking spot on the upper part of the lot can be difficult if you get there after 9pm. Take the stairs from the upper lot instead of the ones in the middle of the building! The location is within walking distance to the parkway but it does have a pretty steep incline.

Served the purpose

Husband and I stayed for a quick visit. Just needed a bed and shower mostly since we didn’t plan to cook. Found it hard to find a place that allowed smoking on the property. Thankfully this place allowed smoking from the balcony. Had a great view of downtown Gatlinburg. Wish we had been warned about the # of stairs needed to get to the 2nd level. No elevator.
