This condo is located in Gatlinburg Towers—just a short walk to the Parkway and all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. You’re close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and even the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. With stunning views off the covered porch and easy access to the indoor pool and hot tub, this is the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer without ever needing to get in your car.
Getting Around:
The condo is easily accessible via all paved roads and features on-site parking. While most downtown attractions are walkable, we recommend having a vehicle if you plan to visit the national park or head into the mountains. As always, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended in the Smokies during winter or heavy rain.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests
• Gas fireplace is seasonal (typically October–March)
• Coffee maker is both Keurig and drip—please bring your favorite coffee and filters
• Located on the 5th floor with elevator access
• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round (subject to HOA maintenance schedule and availability)
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
