✦ We are out in nature resulting in wildlife and critters that are occasionally around the property. For your safety and to protect local wildlife, please remove all food items from your vehicle and keep doors securely closed at all times. Bears and other wildlife can be attracted to food smells.
✦ We stock firewood periodically. We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it.
✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments
✦ Use of the property and all amenities (incl. kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, fire pit, etc.) is at your own risk. Host and owner not liable for injury or damage.
