Fantastic Property

Really impressed with the size and price point of the property. Everyone was very comfortable, there was ample room for all guests, the 2 kitchens were fully stocked, clean, and had everything we needed. The outdoor firepit was very nice. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Bollinger place.

Great House, Perfect for Large Groups

This place is great! Very clean, lot's of cooking amenities, ping pong and pool was fun, but missing darts for the dartboard. Having 2 kitchens was a game changer and big tables for everyone to sit was ideal, perfect for big groups.

Great for family reunion

We stayed here for a nearby family reunion and it fit all of us perfectly! The kids had a blast with all the separate living areas and games, and we finally got to relax while they played as loud as they wanted :) amazing space! Thank you again!

Large house and amazing hosts

This property was perfect for our group of 20. The kitchens were fully stocked for us to cook meals, and the home has lots of games and activities. We had a great time! The house was much bigger than the photos on line. We were pleasantly surprised. Yosemite entrance was about 20 mins from the house. We also had a great day on Bass lake. We rented a boat for the day.

Didn’t want to leave

Our multigenerational family group had a great time here, there was plenty of room for everyone to play, cook and eat. Mostly importantly everyone slept very well, the beds are very comfortable. The only thing was that the top floor got pretty warm during the heat wave and the AC didn’t cool that portion of the house very well. Fortunately the kids slept fine on the couches downstairs.

Bollinger Villa

Beautiful home with lots of amenities to host large groups of people. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We were planning on using some of the games but unfortunately darts and ping pong accessories were broken. Also some parts of the home were pretty dark because quite a few light bulbs were burnt out. Other than that my group had a great time and this was a great base for our Yosemite adventures.

Family Summer Vacation

House was perfect for our size of family. Lots of games to keeps the kid/teens busy. Darts were broken but we went to Big 5 nearby to buy some so was all good. The location of the home in Oakhurst was near stores and restaurants but in a neighborhood with seniors so they complained about our music being to loud at 8:30pm. If you plan to have a party just know it can’t go past 8:30pm outside otherwise the neighbor will complain. Other than that my family had a good, relaxing time at this home and bass lake.

Fabulous Thanksgiving for 22

This house is amazing, with something for every age-huge, tastefully appointed, thoughtfully laid-out floor plan, clean and bright with more than you need-2 full kitchens, 2 full laundry areas (1 can be used as a bedroom!) 6 bathrooms, 3 couch-living room areas, 2 large screen TV's, pool table, foosball, ping pong, darts, nice nearby park, kids walked to the "Big Rock" up the street and rode their wheels around the driveway safely, Yosemite nearby, great hiking nearby, charming town. We are a multi-generational family and had the best Thanksgiving ever. The hosts are immediately responsive and very thoughtful of all your questions and needs. Did I say we LOVED IT?

Clean and spacious

The 2-night stay of my large group here was very pleasant. The two kitchens were more than enough for our meal preparation. The beds and sofas were comfy. The host and property manager were promptly reachable through Vrbo messages. AC worked well. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, TV sets, BBQ grills, etc. Overall, it was a very nice stay. This property had all we needed and more!

A very large game room and living room with large TV is on the bottom floor for everyone to enjoy. Everything from Ping Pong to Pool and darts.
