This property has 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 16 guests and is just 20 minutes to Yosemite Park's south entrance and 10 min to Bass Lake and Oakhurst’s downtown.

A private road leads up to the top of Bluebird Hills where the 3200 sq. ft. two level home welcomes you. You will enter the first level in the grand family room, dining, kitchen and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. A short flight of steps downstairs leads to the lower-level with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the game room. Both levels offer unparalleled views of the mountains and surrounding rolling hills.

Ideal for family and friends gatherings. The property can accommodate 16 guests in luxuriously appointed bedrooms, along with common great room/dining/kitchen area and game room for entertainment and social activities and is just 14 miles to Yosemite entrance This makes the National Park your own backyard. Bass Lake, Lewis Hiking Trail, and Oakhurst’s quaint downtown are 10 min drive.

Need to get some work done? Use the dedicated workspace with available monitor, or just get it done in the bedrooms which has individual work desks.

* BR4: Yosemite Adventure Room: Queen bed, and a Full Bunk bed, Sleeps 5.
* BR5: Queen bed, Full bed, and a Twin bed, sleeps 5.

All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and furnished. Amenities include bedding, Smart TV with Prime Video/Netflix/YouTube and more, desk, chairs, phone charging points, full size mirrors, luggage rack, hangers and more!

Bath Rooms: 4 newly remodeled bathrooms with full shower area with hot water. Amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and more!

Living Room: Grand living room has smart TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, relaxing seating and dining area with dining table along with island with bar stools.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the comforts of home. Amenities include an electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, basic spices, silverware, and more!

Workspace: A dedicated alcove in a common area offers a spacious desk, Wi-Fi connection, and a monitor to get you to work. Additional private working desks and chairs are in all bedrooms as well.

Free Wi-Fi is included. Cellphone signals work well for major US carriers.

Game Room offers a Smart TV, a 6-seater reclining sectional couch, Arcade games, a Poker Table, a Pool Table, a mini multi-game table with mini Pool, Foosball, Ping Pong, and Air hockey. and magnetic canvas games: Chess, Backgammon, Checkers, Tic Tac Toe,

Entire home is fully air conditioned with separate HVACS and controls for each level. Upper level also has swamp cooler for those extra warm summer days.

Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room and are available for use. Laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided.

Outdoors: This 5-acre property has an expansive wrap around deck with million-dollar 360 degree view of high country with Deadwood Mountain, Windy Gap, and Fresno Dome. Other outdoor amenities include ample outdoor seating, Gas BBQ Grill, Hot Tub overlooking the stars, Kids play area, basketball hoop, and a fire pit.

Guest access: All areas are accessible by guests except the Owners and Cleaners closets/room. Garage access is temporarily not available due to construction.

​​​​​​​- Damage waiver included: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as guest reports the incident to the host before checking out.

- Please consider Travel Insurance if there is any probability that you might not be able to make your trip, unless you have other protections in place.

​​​​​​​- If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans. Early check-in and late checkouts are usually unavailable as our housekeepers work all over the mountains, and timing is usually tight.

- At least 24 hours prior to arrival guests will be informed about their special door code, address, and more information to help you prepare for your trip.

- Camera Information: Motion activated cameras are operational 24x7 in outdoor areas and the garage. There are NO indoor cameras or cameras in private outdoor areas. Garage is accessible to guests only for Laundry and not for parking or any other purpose. Garage is monitored by a camera. All cameras and security equipment are for guest and property safety, and for insurance purpose.

SNOW/WINTER NOTE
- California Highway Patrol/Law Enforcement may require (especially in Yosemite) tire chains (even if you have a 4-wheel vehicle or snow tires) throughout the winter and early spring. Please prepare accordingly as no refunds will be given for lack of preparation.

- Snow clearing service may not be available on demand and you may get snowed in during unprecedented winter storms. Oakhurst does not have professional snow clearing services.

- You may also experience power outages during winter storms. Please prepare accordingly.

Guests may prefer to cancel bookings if the above situations are not acceptable. Once checked in, no refund will be considered. Cancellation rules apply.

Fire Restrictions: No fire is permitted on the property from May to Oct. This includes a fireplace (indoors), and a firepit (outdoors)
