Property was beautiful. The place did have A LOT of ants and A LOT of cockroaches in the bunk room. Needs a new coffee maker and a regular toaster. The toaster oven does not work well. Also, the place needs to be cleaned much better. There were cob webs hanging from some of the lamps with a ton of dust on the webs. Loves the screened in porch.

We take guest experience VERY SERIOUSLY. We never received a comment, a call back, or a report of an issue from this guest. The ONLY communication we had was their request for a late complimentary checkout which we obliged. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and working order of everything in the cottage. If there was any slight issue or concern we are accessible 24 hours a day to address it. Please feel free to connect to discuss. This is a new property to our rental program and the owners have taken great care in its details (from the decor to many new updates).
