Because our home is directly on the lake and surrounded by nature, outdoor spaces can quickly collect pollen, leaves, cobwebs, and insects—sometimes even within a day of being cleaned. That said, we want every guest to enjoy the property, and we'll review our cleaning procedures to ensure the patio furniture and dock are checked as close to each arrival as possible. We also appreciate your comments about the dock seating and will look at adding additional comfortable chairs for guests to enjoy the beautiful lake views. We're delighted to hear that the house was a great fit for your large group and that you enjoyed your stay overall. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. The downstairs toilet is a commercial-grade unit, and unfortunately the replacement parts were on backorder, which delayed the repair. We're happy to report that the toilet has now been fully repaired and is working properly. We've also addressed the dock area by removing the spider webs and nests and will continue to inspect and clean it before each guest arrives. Being on the waterfront, spiders can return quickly, but we agree it's important to keep the area as clean and welcoming as possible. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
