Mother-in-Law Suite Available:
An attached guest suite is also available for rent if you need additional space. Please inquire if you're interested. If not reserved with the main home, please note that it may be occupied separately. No refunds will be issued due to this.

Sleeping Arrangements – Main House
Bedroom 1 – The White Room (Master Suite): King-size bed, desk for remote work, and lounge furniture. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 – The Blue Room: Queen-size bed. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 – The Orange Room: Queen-size bed. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 4 – The Black Room: Full-size adjustable bed, handicap accessible. Located near an electric lift recliner in the adjacent living room. (Sleeps 2)

The home sleeps 8 in beds, or up to 15 including couch space and 3 air mattresses two Queen and one Twin. It is fully handicap accessible with no stairs—just two steps at entry.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 15 guests. Any additional guests will incur a $50 per person, per night/day fee.

Pool Notice: This is a rural, wooded property. Despite regular maintenance and a professional pool service, natural debris such as pollen, leaves, and twigs may be present. No refunds will be provided for minor outdoor pool conditions.

Daily Property Visits: A property manager may be onsite daily to service the pool, hot tub, and feed animals.

Outdoor Maintenance: We strive to keep the grounds beautiful. Maintenance personnel may be working outdoors during your stay.
