We had a great stay. The unit was directly across from Schlitterbahn and had the Comal river right out in back. I went fishing and tubing in the river. There was also a charcoal grill and a picnic table to relax by. I would definitely come back here again.

Pull out bed was broke and the refrigerator didn’t work. There were no tubes to go tubing with but other than that place was clean. Everything was OK. Three stars.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear you found the place clean, but we’re very sorry to learn about the issues you experienced during your stay. Since being made aware of the sofa sleeper, we’ve already ordered a replacement and are awaiting delivery to ensure future guests are more comfortable. Regarding the tubes, we do not provide them and do not advertise them in our listings, but we’re always happy to recommend local outfitters nearby for rentals. We appreciate your input and will use it to continue improving our guests’ experience.

The location and property was amazing. There was a man that claimed to be the one in charge that made the experience horrible. When we complained about him after to the property management, they said he is the President of the HOA for the property. He met us every time we went to our car and bullied and harassed us. He said some derogatory, degrading and inappropriate comments yelling at our 20 year old daughter when we were not present to protect her. She felt very unsafe.

The individual you mentioned is not affiliated with our management company, and unfortunately, as the HOA President, he is outside of our control. That said, we never want our guests to feel unsafe or harassed in any way, and we will be formally addressing this situation with the HOA to ensure it is taken seriously. Your comfort and peace of mind are extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
