The Beach Suite accommodates 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and kitchenette, living room, dining area, and a private oceanfront patio. The Beach Suite has approx. 1100 square feet of living space with an open-concept floor plan, with living room, dining area, and wood burning fireplace. The living room is furnished with a 3-seated leather couch and classic teak furniture and teak dining table that can sit up to 8. The living room offers an additional murphy bed for extra sleeping space. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and a pocket door to separate it from the rest of the living space. The master bath was totally remodeled and features a freestanding heated jet bathtub, separate shower, and separate toilet room. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed, love seat, kitchenette and full bath with tub/shower, and a separate entrance.

The rate includes utilities, internet, and access to the pool and private beach access. Pet-friendly property. We are a five minute drive or a 10 minute bike ride to the town center with many shops, restaurants and the Dune House Hotel & Spa. 20 minutes from the Mayo Clinic and 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
