Tucked within the Windmark community, guests are minutes from dining, entertainment, and the enchanting sugar-sand Gulf beach. Get on the water for off-shore fishing, explore the wildlife and natural beauty of nearby St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, or enjoy a picnic in the village green. Ideal for sun-soaked days of relaxation, guests will love lounging by the private pool and beach access a short stroll away.

Set on landscaped grounds, this 2-level home represents casual coastal living at its finest. The first level welcomes guests into an open and bright great room featuring a calming neutral palette, wood floors, and beachy accents with pops of blue. Gather with friends and family on the couch, loveseat, and armchair for a fun movie night in the living space. The spacious kitchen, boasting high-end appliances and a center island that doubles as seating for 2, is equipped to whip up everything from popcorn to pancake breakfasts. To the side is a wooden dining table for 8 to enjoy meals or play board games. When the warm weather beckons, venture onto the back screened-in porch to relax in the shade or drink chilled lemonade at the 6-person patio table.
