Amazing property

Photos matched the property to a tee. It is a gorgeous home with lots of nearby amenities. House was very clean and 3 king size beds was a plus. Hosts were amazing and communication was outstanding. Kid loved riding in the golf cart and swimming in the pools. Definitely recommend!

Beach house

We love the beach house. It had everything we could need. Great location. I would say to everyone who’s gonna rent it. Make sure you get a golf cart because you must have a golf cart to be able to get around the neighborhood and if you have young kids I would say the beach is not really walking distance, but it probably depends on your kids. We love this house and will definitely be back.

Family get away

This Property was perfect for our family… Six adults and five kids. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the bunk room even had room for a twin air mattress so all the kids could stay together. The neighborhood was so fun for the kids… Walking distance to the pool, beach and lots of fun on their bikes both in the neighborhood and on the beach road. Shaded areas for coffee in the morning and cold drink in the afternoon. Coffee bar was fantastic. Nice big table for family games at night. Easy golf cart ride to the larger pool and town, but our neighborhood pool was our favorite. Be sure to head to the beach for sunset family pictures. Loved every minute of our stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great stay

Beautiful home and great communication with host. We enjoyed our stay and the home. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We only used the main 3 bedrooms. We loved using the bikes and beach items. We would definitely stay here again! The only things to note (nothing about the property or owners) are: -The pool/beach area are a bit far to bike if carrying gear via back roads to avoid main road traffic. I recommend driving. -Access gate between pool and beach is finicky with accepting the code. -Neighborhood is nice and quiet, but roads are narrow. No sidewalks but traffic was light during our stay. We were able to bike easily. But driving into and out of the the neighborhood was a bit hairy with other homes having people parked in the road and oncoming traffic. -Really nice beach and access is best in Cape San Blas if you want waves and sugar white sand. The bay was nice and calm, but very rich with seaweed and sea creatures. We saw fish and blue crabs right off the beach.

We also have great news. The pool within walk in distance to the home is currently under construction and we were told it will be ready in Sept/Oct 2023. We hope to host you again in the near future.
