The Space:

Unwind after beach or pool time with WiFi and a smart TV in the primary bedroom. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for fresh air. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be close to Islanders Beach Park and Shelter Cove Community Park, plus you’ll have access to community amenities like the wellness gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and provided at the gate upon arrival. For more than one (1) pass, please notify Grand Welcome prior to check-in. To receive your pass, provide the name on the reservation and the condo number (2419) to the gate guard. This condo is in Building 2 (the yellow building) on the second floor above the parking level.
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by the building management. If it’s unavailable due to maintenance, stairs will be required.
• Laundry: On-site washer/dryer machines are credit/debit card–operated.
• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tub, and gym are communal and managed by the building/HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance are subject to change.
• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly. If an unauthorized pet is found, additional cleaning charges may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
