Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly villa designed for easy downtime between island adventures. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home sleeps 6 and offers a relaxed setting for gathering, dining, and planning your next outing.

Unwind in the living area for movie nights with the DVD player, or step outside to the outdoor seating to enjoy the coastal breeze. Traveling with kids? You’ll appreciate the board games, children’s books and toys, kids’ dinnerware, and a bathtub. When it’s time to catch up on email, a laptop-friendly workspace and WiFi help you stay connected. An in-home washer and dryer makes longer stays simple. You’ll also have access to a communal outdoor pool for a refreshing dip.

Important Things to Note

• Parking and passes: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the lot. Your reservation includes 1 parking pass; a second pass may be purchased for $30 (maximum 2 passes total). Only one pass will be stamped for beach parking. Please request any additional pass at least 72 hours before your stay.

• Gate access: On arrival, enter through the Security Kiosk off US HWY 278 to collect your parking pass(es). Please use this gate for your initial entry.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.

• Fireplace: Not available for guest use.

• For any additional gate pass requested, there is a $30 charge per pass.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Stairs: This villa is located on the 2nd story. Stairs are required; no elevator is available.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can relax on Shipyard Beach, play a round at Shipyard Golf Club, or explore the shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza.
