Excellent home and location, well appointed and stocked. Nice to have access to the 2-car garage. If you find stairs to be a challenge, there are a lot of stairs to get from the garage or driveway up to the main floor.Home is a 2BR with a 3rd room off the den with a sleeper sofa, but not really a 3rd bedroom.We will we will definitely return to this property again. We truly had an excellent time.

This property was perfect! It was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed (including coffee which we desperately needed after a very very late arrival due to a delayed flight). We arrived at night so waking up to the views was spectacular! The location was perfect for everything we had planned. We had one small issue - a beeping fire alarm in the middle of the night, but the property manager promptly replaced the batteries the next day. It was a perfect stay! Thank you!

Family trip to Sedona

We met my two sisters here for a small family reunion. It was a perfect house for us to gather before heading out to the many activities in Sedona and a great place to unwind and chat after our busy days. Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood.

This place was amazing. We had a week-long trip including the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, and a bunch of other attractions. My whole family said that the best part was our two-day stay at "the vrbo" in Sedona. Part of me wishes that we had just spent the whole week there and done nothing else! The views were spectacular. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The instructions were thorough and informative. Everything was so easy. I would definitely come back here.

Second to None

I've previously stayed in a lovely home in Uptown, but the Westside is the best side. This house is spectacular, and the housekeeping crew has adopted the term "military inspection clean." My wife and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely breathtaking property with all kinds of tech to help navigate the surroundings!! 100 stars out of 5! Add the breathtaking view with similar rating as above! Truly an amazing property...has hot tub, grill, and superior location. Cannot say enough about this property...the most beautiful home we have ever visited and we have visited A LOT!!! FANTASTIC GETAWAY

This property exceeded our expectations for our Sedona getaway. It is even more stunning than the pictures. It was extremely clean and well stocked. Master bed was very comfortable. It had fantastic views with both a beautiful deck and patio. The neighborhood was conveniently located to restaurants and shops, but was also quiet and peaceful. The only negative was the hot water did not last long in the shower. But overall, our stay was great! We hope to come back again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property recently over spring break. We had never been to Sedona and were excited to explore the area as a family. This property was amazing! The first thing we noticed was how clean the house was. We travel a lot and have stayed in our fair share of properties and this one was stunning. Not only was it clean but it was more spacious than I had anticipated. We are a family of 6 (including 1 grandparent) there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The bathrooms were very clean and came stocked with supplies (toilet paper, towels, soap). The kitchen also had everything we needed. Fully stocked with plates, bowels, silverware, cooking utensils etc…. Lastly my favorite part was the large front deck. I would exercise every morning while taking in the breathtaking views. Can’t wait to come back!

Sedona

The stay was great and I do recommend the house. It was close to everything. The only issue we had was the hot water. There was 4 of us staying there and we had to shower in shifts because the water would not stay hot for long. I contacted the management group who said they would take care of it however I never heard back. That is the only reason this place did not get a 5 star rating.

Great location and brand new house!

We loved our stay at Sky Vista!Great location! It's just down the street from Safeway and Whole Foods. Pisa Lisa is a fabulous pizza place just a few short blocks away. Also, recommend Sedonuts for fresh out of the oven donuts in the AM, and Hilltop Deli for sandwich to-go and eat on your hikes. Also, the house is very close to some fabulous hikes like, Fay Canyon and Boynton Canyon. It was also close to ATV rentals, which was a total blast for us. The house was extremely clean, had a great view, super quiet and just a few minutes from downtown Sedona. Construction was not an issue at all. They are almost done building the house behind this VRBO, and we did NOT hear a thing. Book it!
