This expansive multi-level home features 5,200 square feet of meticulously designed indoor living space and top-tier amenities. With five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a half bath, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Living Room: This dramatic great room offers plush seating, a striking stone gas fireplace, and a 65” Samsung Frame/Art Smart TV with Apple TV. The entire space is encased in floor-to-ceiling glass that opens to a sweeping deck overlooking Cathedral Rock. Gather around the fire table outside and watch the sun dip below the desert horizon.

Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is a culinary dream, boasting Wolf and SubZero appliances including a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, a pot filler, warming drawer, wine fridge, and built-in coffee system. An oversized quartz island with bar seating for six invites conversation and connection. Enjoy prepping meals while gazing out at the surrounding cliffs and skies.

Dining Area: The stylish dining space offers seating for eight beneath a sculptural light fixture and panoramic windows. Enjoy intimate meals with a front-row seat to Arizona's finest sunsets.

Family Room/Media Lounge (lower level): A perfect retreat for movie nights or afternoon lounging, this space includes a 75” Smart TV, cozy sectional seating, gas fireplace, and access to the lower outdoor patio with lounge chairs and direct pool and spa access.

Game Room: Also on the lower level, the game room features a professional foosball table, arcade console, board games, and a wet bar with beverage fridge and bar stools. A sliding glass wall opens to the pool patio—ideal for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Office (main level): The dedicated office is set apart for quiet productivity, complete with built-in desk, high-speed internet, and inspiring views.

Bedroom 2 (main level): King bed, private entrance to shared patio, en suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy sunrise views directly from bed.

Bedroom 3 (lower level): King bed, 55” Smart TV, en suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity. Direct access to patio and pool deck.

Bedroom 4 (lower level): Two twin XL beds (can be converted to king upon request, $30 fee), 55” Smart TV, and full bathroom just outside the room. Perfect for teens or friends sharing a space.

Bedroom 5 (main level): Queen bed, adjacent to a full bathroom with walk-in shower. Access to private outdoor sitting area.

Additional Half Bath: Conveniently located near the main living areas.

Outdoor Spaces: Sedona W Chateau's outdoor living areas are truly magical. The highlight is the private saltwater infinity pool and integrated spa that appear to flow directly into the red rocks. Multiple patios offer fire features, lounge areas, and alfresco dining. Enjoy the built-in gas grill and outdoor kitchen while taking in panoramic views from every angle.

The home is surrounded by natural desert landscaping, mature trees, and sculptural boulders that provide the ultimate in seclusion and serenity. From sunrise yoga to stargazing by the firepit, every outdoor experience is elevated.
