We had a terrific week with our family thanks to the outstanding amenities in this beautiful and beautifully appointed home. My wife especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, with plenty of cookware and baking essentials, such as plenty of spices ! The spacious back patio is also a delight, with a gas fire pit and hot tub. The interior of the home is decorated beautifully with very attractive, high end furnishings. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. And, of course, the views throughout the home are beautiful.

Great hosts and fantastic location

The Sullivans were great hosts. Very responsive and friendly. The location is fantastic with the Airport Loop trail a few steps from the house. West Sedona shopping is within walking distance. We look forward to coming back.

Fabulous find in Sedona!

A great house with a great view. Perfect for 3 couples. The outdoor patio area overlooking the red rocks is amazing. Had wonderful meals at Cucina Rustica and Salt Rock kitchen. Plenty of room and the kitchen is amazing with every amenity that you may need.

Sedona Gem

This is a beautiful home with views of the red rock formations from every window and the perfect spot for our first trip to Sedona. We had fun celebrating Christmas eve outside on the back patio around the firepit. Plus, we were in a great location to access things around town and quickly found several favorites including Vino di Sedona and the Indian Gardens coffee shop.

Most gorgeous setting ever!

We loved our stay! We drove in on a dark night and woke up to the most amazing views from all rooms. Such a wonderfully stocked, laid out home. The host thought of everything. I slept in the queen room on the most comfortable bed. 2 Kings in the other rooms. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We would stay there again and again!

While the entry up the driveway may be a challenge, the place was a Resort in its own right! Very spacious and comfortable...close enough to all the good things Sedona has to offer...and that spectacular view that never ends! We'll be back soon!

Amazing views

Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. The house was very well equipped and beautifully appointed. Very comfortable beds and ample seating for our family of six. Our favorite features were definitely the amazing panoramic views and the hot tub. The location of this property was perfect, very close to trails, restaurants, and shopping. We will be back!

Best VRBO we've ever stayed in

We had very high expectations for this home given the beautiful pictures and high reviews. Somehow, it managed to exceed our expectations in every way! Clean, stunning views, wonderful design, great hot tub, superb access to hiking/restaurants and easy check in and out. Some comment on the steep driveway, but that was not an issue for us and it was great to have a garage for the cars. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat! It is well worth the price!!

Better than advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. The view from the front deck is incredible! The hot tub was a welcome respite after a day of hiking/golfing. The neighborhood was quiet, making it easy to relax outside in the evenings and having a hiking trail nearby was a nice benefit. The open concept of the kitchen & living room was ideal and the house was well stocked (we ate dinner every night there). The owners were very responsive with recommendations. We are so glad we chose this over staying at one of the resorts.

A great house and Great Views

All, in all Very Good. A couple small paint items but not significant. The views are outstanding and the house very comfortable. Unfortunately Arizona has a "controlled burn " policy which was occurring about 50% of our stay . Not the properties fault but might be worth looking into outlooks for burn schedule.

The house and VIEW is fabulous

The only suggestion I have for Doug is: you are due for a new jacuzzi. Many of the jets don’t work or put out very low pressure. Also, the spa service put way to many chemicals in. Didn’t use it after the first night.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. Just to be clear, all the hot tub jets work well, you just can't adjust the pressure individually. The model is very good and will likely last a long time. As far as the chemicals, I wish you would have informed us so we could have addressed this in real time.

Amazing Girls Trip

This was an amazing property that was just perfect for three women (niece in her 20s, aunt in her 40s, sister in her 60s) for a week. When we first walked in, we noticed how clean it smelled and how nice everything was. Then the view from the living room hit us and it was absolutely amazing. We loved sitting on the sofas and just looking at the spectacular view each morning and each night. The views from our bedrooms were great too. Really, the entire home was well-appointed, and we felt so comfortable. The bedrooms all have bathrooms which was perfect for us. The hot tub and backyard space were so clean and perfect. There are spices and oil in the cabinets, there are some items in the pantry as well that were very convenient. The location is perfect too and everything is very easy to get to. Plus, the view from the front is the best view we could have had in the entire area. We would stay here again, no questions! Thank you for maintaining such a lovely place.

Nice location, quiet area

This beautiful home accommodated our party of 6 nicely and we truly enjoyed the beautiful view and the close proximity to downtown and excellent hiking. The only drawback was the bedroom behind the master bedroom basically had no mattress but only a hard box spring to sleep on, which was not comfortable and certainly not what you would expect when renting a house of this price point/quality. After several days, we contacted the owner and he did not respond. As someone who has trouble sleeping, I found the house very noisy due to no carpeting or drapes and the shades in the bedroom were broken and not room-darkening shades. I would recommend this house but perhaps reach out to the owner to ensure this mattress issue has been resolved.

Thanks for staying with us and taking the time to write a review. We regret that your stay was not perfect and that we did not hear from you during your stay regarding any mattress issues. We would like to assure all future guests that all beds have been and are currently equipped with mattresses, each of which is either a Sealy Posturpedic or Simmons Beautyrest firm mattress. We understand that firm mattresses are not to everyone's liking and we would like to make sure future guests are aware that the mattresses are all firm to avoid any disappointment. Further, it is true that we do not have any wall to wall carpeting. The house is all tile and hardwood as pictured. This facilitates cleanliness as carpets tend to attract and retain dirt. As the house is only one level, there are no noise issues with people walking above.
