This newly built 2-story townhouse in Azur Resort offers over 2,000 sq ft of comfortable living space.

The open concept living area is bright and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a park day or enjoying family game nights. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and a breakfast bar for casual dining.

Step outside to your screened lanai and enjoy Florida sunshine in your private pool. Central A/C and an in-unit washer & dryer make your stay easy and comfortable.

Guests also enjoy access to the community clubhouse, featuring a pool, lounge area, and conference room.

★Guests Rules★

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• Maximum of 10 guests; additional unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night
• No parties or events; violations will result in a $1,000 fee and cancellation without refund
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee; unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee
• No illegal drugs anywhere on the property; violations will result in a $500 fee
• No smoking, including marijuana, anywhere on the property; violations will result in a $500 fee
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM; late check-out without approval will be charged $100 per hour
• Please clean up after yourself; excessive mess may result in a $500 deep cleaning fee
• Do not remove, cover, or tamper with safety devices or equipment; guests are responsible for all resulting damages and reinstallation costs

Failure to comply with any of the above house rules may result in additional fees, charges for damages, or removal from the property without refund.

For security and insurance purposes, all guests are required to complete a brief check-in form and provide a valid photo ID after booking. Information is securely stored and used solely for verification and compliance.

★Pet Policy★

Select pets are welcome with prior approval to maintain the quality and comfort of the home.
• Maximum of two well-behaved, house-trained pets
• Pets must be non-aggressive and supervised at all times; unattended pets must be crated
• Pets must remain leashed outdoors and are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning caused by pets

A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per pet, per day applies and is added after booking. We offer discounts for long-term stays on the pet fee

Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee. Certain large or restricted breeds are not permitted, please message us prior to booking if you’re unsure.
