Dieser dreistöckige, moderne Klassiker für 6 Personen befindet sich am begehrten Südstrand von Neskowin, einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Das Brigadune befindet sich in einer abgelegenen Gegend auf einem fast 1 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück in einer ruhigen Straße.

Der Wohnbereich auf der Hauptebene verfügt über Gewölbedecken mit einem Dachfenster, einem Flusskamin und einem HD-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss und einem Roku zum Ansehen von Neflix, Hulu usw. Genießen Sie das Kochen in der geräumigen, gut ausgestatteten Küche mit erstklassigen Geräten und Granitoberflächen. Fühlen Sie sich vom Wald umgeben, während Sie mit Blick auf den Wald speisen. In der Leseecke befinden sich Regale mit Büchern, Filmen, Spielen und Rätseln. Die geschlossene Veranda bietet einen Blick auf das Waldgebiet hinter dem Haus. Öffnen Sie die Fenster und lauschen Sie dem Gesang der Vögel oder dem Regen, während Sie an Ihrem Morgenkaffee nippen. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit verfügt eine Gästetoilette / Waschküche im Erdgeschoss über eine gestapelte Frontlader-Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Das Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen schönen kleinen Blick auf das Meer durch die Bäume und ein Kingsize-Memory-Foam-Bett sowie einen Gaskamin und einen HD-Fernseher mit Roku. Sie finden auch ein großes, luxuriöses Badezimmer mit einer geräumigen Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und einer sagenhaften Badewanne mit Krallenfüßen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen Smart-TV.

Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich das dritte Gästezimmer mit Blick auf die Waldfläche im Hintergrund. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Der Zugang zur Doppelgarage erfolgt von der unteren Ebene. In einer Ecke in der Garage stehen zwei Arcade-Automaten, einer mit 60 Retro-Spielen (Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong usw.) und der andere mit einem Cocktail-Tischspiel - Astro Fighter aus dem Jahr 1980! Keine Quartiere erforderlich!

Wonderful Weekend

We came to Neskowin for a lovely 3 day weekend getaway. The house was wonderful and had all we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything worked well. The host was quick to respond and they even left a few goodies for us! We had a wonderful weekend here!

Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great house for teens, with plenty of parking. Just a short walk to beach access. We didn’t have the best weather so we watched movies by the fire and enjoyed the puzzles and games! The house was missing a couple items and the owners were quick to respond and have them delivered. Thank you!

Lived up to expectations

This house was happily just as advertised... clean, modern, comfortable, a very short walk to a very beautiful and quiet beach. I was impressed with the variety of entertainment options in terms of dvd library, board games and video games. I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was too. The only issue was the grill wasn't working- that needs repair. Overall, we were really happy with the house and would definitely recommend it.

This was the second time we stayed here and it was really a great place to stay, beautiful beach within walking distance, room for us and our 4 kids, an arcade game in the basement too.

Quick spring break vacation

This property was very accurate as advertised. We had a great weekend, the location was perfect for our older kids (21 and 17). Plenty of activities in the house in case the weather was terrible. We lucked out and it was a lovely sunny day so we took a short walk to the beach and visited a few other hikes in the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with gear that was in top condition and we had plenty of space to spread out. I would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay as the house, its layout, furnishings and location are very good. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were very clean. The beds were quite comfortable, however the pillow cases and sheets were heavily scented. Some probably like this, we do not. The cleanliness of the living area and kitchen floors was not what one would expect. There were crumbs on the sofa under the pillows, cheerios on the floor and in the rug. The dinning table had what appeared to be a generous coating of an oil like substance, perhaps a furniture polish, which took paper towels and elbow grease to make suitable for use. Nice place - a step up of cleaning will be appreciated.

Blissful stay

We stayed at Brigadune for a blissful month and it is truly paradise!! It’s such a hidden gem! The property was so relaxing and airy with tall ceilings and lots of light and sounds of the waves and views of the woods all around!! The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. They are building a home across the street but they are respectful with the noise and do not build early or late during the day. My kids and husband enjoyed watching the progress. The beach is a short walk from the house and it is a fairly empty and a quiet and clean beach. And it’s more gorgeous than the nearby Lincoln City beach. The gated neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed driving up and down the coast and hiking all the beautiful trails! We also enjoyed the nearby Neskowin farmer’s market and getting fresh fish in Lincoln City. The house felt very comfortable right away and was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable! My children loved running up and down the beach, exploring the tide pools, seeing sea lions, and enjoying all the TV shows and arcade game in the garage! We can’t wait to come back again as we fell in love with Neskowin and the Oregon coast!

Family Vacation 2021

Our family has rented this Neskowin property 3 other times. We have always enjoyed a relaxing time with our grown children and grand children. Absolutely love it! The beach is gorgeous and somewhat private. We were sad to hear that the empty lot across the street will be having a 3 level home built on it next spring/summer. The owners of this home are great to work with. Neskowin is truly the hidden gem of the Oregon Coast.

Neskowin retreat

Brigadune is a lovely house and very nice to stay in. Comfortable beds, a good kitchen and and even little play areas for small children. We worked well with the owner about a few minor things and felt they were very responsive. In all, we would love to return.

Beautiful location for a peaceful ocean holiday

A bright open beach house, just a short walk from an enormous sandy beach and so quiet you may think you are alone in the woods. Our family of 6 had loads of room to spread out here, the little kids loved the arcade games and our teenager lived in the sunroom. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we have ever encountered in a rental, we cooked all our meals and had everything we needed. Great selection of board games, puzzles and books for all ages and interests, very comfortable mattresses and beautifully furnished. The only small criticism is that the surrounding community roads are very hard to navigate and poorly marked. Once you get past the gate be prepared to drive around looking for a bit to find the house, but the amazing scenery makes up for this issue.

My husband and I had a lovely vacation in a pristine location. Beautiful, green mossy trees lined the green belt pathways to the sand. Sunset walks on the beach were breathtakingly beautiful! We spent days beachcombing, shopping in Depot Bay for the finest taffy and fudge at Ainslees, enjoying craft beers at Pelican Brewery, Rogue and The Black Squid and dining at the Cafe Hawk in Neskowin and Nanas Irish Pub in Nye Beach. The week’s weather was partly cloudy to sunny with only a couple days of rain. On the misty days we enjoyed the scenery through the big picture windows throughout the cottage. We enjoyed the fireplace, good books, and board games. We highly recommend the Brigadune in Neskowin. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Cozy Neskowin Rental

We had a wonderful time at Brigadune. The house is very cozy and is just a short walk from the beach. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with just about anything that you might need, such as a mixer and a pancake griddle. Our kids really enjoyed the arcade game in the basement. The owners were responsive to my questions and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this rental.

Neskowin treasure

We had a wonderful stay in Neskowin at Brigadune. My husband and older kids noted it felt so nice staying there. We had to throw some forgotten fridge food away on arrival and someone took off with the supplied beach towels, otherwise it was a perfect stay. Having the Ghost Forest beach just down the hill we found we did just fine drying off as we walked back to the house. We loved having the outside faucet/hose to clean off sand, toys, and shoes, and seeing deer outside and little bunnies along the road down to the beach was exciting. We'd stay again for sure.

Great home!

This was my second stay at Brigadune, but my family’d first visit. We all loved the house - perfect size and location. Quick walk down the hill to private beach access. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of seating, comfortable, light, and airy. The only complaint is that the kitchen could have some more cooking gear in terms of a casserole dish and full size cookie sheet. Otherwise, great house and vacation. We will definitely be staying again.

Secluded beach - perfect family get away

This was our third stay at Brigadune. It is amazing! Comfortable, well stocked and so much to do! Short walk to beach where the incredible ghost forest, fun hiking- lots of wildlife to spy and fun games, puzzles etc if it’s raining. Wonderful time!

We are native Northwesterners who love to travel, but have always loved the Oregon Coast most of all. It has always been our dream to have a beach house of our own and in 2012 that dream became a reality. When we saw this house it was love at first sight.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We looked at many homes all along the Oregon Coast, but kept coming back to this one, the first house we looked at. We just fell in love with the little town of Neskowin with it's friendly people and gorgeous beach, by far our favorite beach on the entire coast. With Proposal Rock to the north and the tide pools and ancient forest stumps to the south, and the most amazingly soft sand, we can't imagine being near any other beach. And Neskowin is close enough to Lincoln City and Pacific City for those times we might be in the mood for a faster paced environment.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

We love the classic beach house look of the cedar shake siding, the river rock gas fireplace in the light and airy living room and the roomy kitchen with granite counter tops. We also love the claw foot soaking tub in the master bathroom and the lovely little peek of the ocean from the master bedroom.
