Old cottage, needs work inside and out. Not as charming as advertised! It worked for our family of six and small dog as we were able to get out everyday and its location was convenient to the Redwoods and the beach. Just not cleaned or cared for enough to justify the cost/night.Hot tub worked great and there was definitely sleeping for six, though only seating for four around dinner table.Property manager, Mechelle, very responsive and helpful with all problems reported.

Well thank you for your review jennifer. I wish you were able to give me some details in what was not to your liking inside the house or outside. But I do see that you did bring a dog and did not pay for the pet fee. If there's ever anything wrong I respond immediately and take care of the problem if there is one. Not having a sponge in your kitchen I apologize for and why the bath mats in the bathroom weren't there as well. But I bought brand new ones and they're at the house now. I'd be most appreciated if you could pay your pet fee. Thank you so much I hope your next day somewhere else is more enjoyable for yourself and your family.

Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The house was very nice. The check in process was easy and the rooms were well furnished and suitable for our hosts. There were some dirty spots of the house that were there before we arrived like the soot that was stuck to the floors behind the entry fireplace that we cleaned up, but otherwise, the house was in great shape. Only using three loads of laundry was a challenge, but we were able to make it work. I would say that 5 would have been more far considering the number of nights that we stayed and the amount of sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels we needed to wash. The hot tub warmed up extremely slowly, only rising by 3 degrees in the four-five hours we tried to prep it in, so we were never able to use it. There was very little lighting in the back so visibility was limited after sundown. The property was in a great location and served us very well for the trip. Definitely worth the price, but I would consider fixing some of these smaller issues.

Hi Caulin, you should not have to was the linens at any house rental! Sorry you thought you had to. The 3 load minum is for your personal. Thank you for staying.
