Completely remodel 2 story 1890 home with fantastic ocean and light house views. Up stairs is two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and TV with internet services. Two bathrooms upstairs. One with tub, one with shower. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances . Living room has 65" TV with internet services, couch, love seat, two swivel rockers. Panoramic ocean view from inside house or off large deck. Sit and watch the whales (seasonal). Or the winter storm waves crash over the rocks of light house. Downstairs has one bedroom with twin beds, ocean view, laundry facilities, playroom and half bathroom. BBQer on site. Access to the beach with a spiral staircase just 100 feet out the front door. This home has stairs to entrance and exits. Not wheelchair friendly! No pets or service/ companion animals or smoking on the property. No exceptions! My husband and I had a wonderfully, peaceful visit. The light house view was amazing and it was a short walk across the street to a spectacular sunset! The house was beautiful and I loved seeing the before and after pictures in the coffee table book. They did an amazing job on the remodel. Although it was only my husband and I, you could easily come with another couple or a family. 5 stars for sure!

Fantastic Spot!

This house was so well equipped and comfortable, I wish I could replicate it everywhere we stay! The front door locking system was easy to access once we arrived and the main rooms have the lovely ocean views we were seeking. Thank you to the owners for thinking of guests during the remodel and making this spot a great launching pad for exploring the northern California coastline.

Spring Break

Seaside offered everything and more for our 3 night stay. We knew that it would be raining for most of our vacation but were not expecting the wind. The wonderful view from the house made for a relaxing cozy place to watch the waves.

Awesome Place!

We did a 3 week road trip from Western North Carolina with Redwoods NP as one our our destinations. Wonderful house with a great view of the Pacific and easy beach access. If I ever come back to the area, this is where I’ll stay!

Beautiful house - great location!

This house was perfect for us - very clean with plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the amazing views of the ocean and nearby lighthouse. The owners were great - incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Couldn’t ask for a better a better place to stay while exploring the redwoods!

Fabulous seaside house

The house was absolutely first class. All our needs were anticipated and met. The view was fabulous, the house was immaculate, and the hosts were wonderful. The location was perfect for day trips to the redwoods and to the local beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House

This home was everything we wanted and more. The online pictures absolutely do not do it justice! So much love and thought went into this home. The little unexpected things like heated blankets on all the beds, toys books and games for the kids to play, basket of blankets in the front room, the list goes on. We loved our stay!

We ( my husband , myself with Mother and father n law) bought the property late in Sept of 2018. The four of us have flipped a few houses together in the past. This was a big undertaking for us. Mark was still working and so was Jim. Louise and I are both retired. Mark has since retired in January of 2020 and we opened the house up as Vacation Rental in July of 2020. Jim still is working as a realtor

As they say, location, location, location, this house had all three. They only thing keeping us from moving in was we would all four be living there together and Its not big enough for us all.

We are located in a very quite neighborhood with access to the beach very close. Unobstructed panoramic views. The house was build up so this gives height to looking out over us and the ocean bluff.
