We have developed a comprehensive Safety / Cleaning / Sanitation Plan and work with an amazing team to ensure the home & pool are sparkling clean for all of our guests. We are using high MERV 10 A/C filters changed every 8 weeks. Our AC works with a GERMICIDAL UV LIGHT SYSTEM which KILLS Bacteria and Viruses within the AC Unit ....makes breating air in the house better. We have Carbon Monoxide detectors installed.
Work remotely with our 600mb wifi or LAN-cable network.
The house was completely remodeled in 2024 ! Everything brand new!
The comfortable, tastefully furnished and light-flooded vacation home provides everything needed for relaxing holidays as a couple or with the family and friends. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are no holiday estates in the direct vicinity, all walls are insulated so that you can sleep without disturbance. The garden and pool area is hidden from view and has lots of big palms along the fences. The tropically designed garden with a pool looked after by landscapers is oriented towards the southeast and it is sunny all day long!
We used only high quality materials like oak hardwood floors, Kraftmaid Kitchen and Bathroom Vanity Cabinets, Cambria Luxury Quartz-countertops, high quality mattresses, Whirlpool washer and dryer, high speed internet and much more ......
The master bedroom is equipped with a KING size bed and it has a big ensuite bathroom with huge shower and a free standing tub. The second and third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower. All bedrooms and baths have windows and all of them are equipped with a HD flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and closets. The layout is divided into two sleeping areas also offers adequate privacy for each guest.
The generously sized living-room is equipped with an additional large 65“ HD flat-screen TV offering 125+ Channels, a portable speaker with blue-tooth and USB and a printer. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, big fridge, etc. The breakfast nook and kitchen Island offers enough room for six persons. There are several new board games (chess, Monopoly, cards...), too.
A high-quality washer and dryer (with enough detergent on site), ironing-board, and electric iron are accommodated in a separate and well insulated laundry room.

You will feel extremely well in the quiet, sunny, and very private outdoor area. The large 14 X 28 FT own heated pool which is 3 to 8 feet deep is big fun. The pool service checks the water quality and cleanliness once a week. The pool area is spaciously designed and it is equipped with deck chairs, chaise lounges and seating under the lanai. On a big Weber gas grill culinary highlights can be prepared to be subsequently enjoyed at the sheltered outdoor seated area whilst your kids continue enjoying themselves in the pool. If you are travelling with toddlers - you'll find a NUNA-crib, highchair.
Beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, cool box etc. is on site.
Sufficient space is available for two cars in the driveway. The unloading of purchases is quickly and easily manageable since you can drive directly up to the entrance and park your car in the driveway. Guests have no access to the garage.
Before you contemplate to book this property - be aware of what the City of Bradenton wants to let you know: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."

We had been renting our own homes on Anna Maria Island until May 2024. It was very successful and we had 135 5 Star reviews and many returning guests who loved our house as we did - but we decided to move off Island because the traffic got insane during the last years. In addition the storms got worse and we did not want to evacuate our guests anymore - Hurricane season is from June 1st to Nov 30th.
Our house here in Bradenton is still close to the beaches and the bay - we are enjoying sunsets just around the corner. The Bay is perfect for using SUP and Kajak.
Nice neighborhood restaurants - not expensive - shopping, groceries, Post office are in walking distance.
We are looking forward to host our guests and will treat them as we have been doing for the last 15 years. We know it is your most important time of the year and we want to be a part of this unforgettable experience.
