This was our second stay at this house and it was just as good as the first time. The location is so convenient to the beach and shopping. The house was clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool and yard offer lots of privacy and there is a PAC-man machine and foosball game for kids and adults. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

Colleen, a private pool yard plus a Pac-Man machine is a combination that tends to bring people back, and it is great to hear it held up just as well the second time around. The beach and shops being close by never hurts either. Hope a third stay is already on the horizon.

great stay in bradenton

House was super clean... great location - only a couple of miles from a Target and Publix. also not too far from Robinson Preserve - which is one of our faves for walking and bird watching. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great Family Vacation

Our stay on property was amazing, great convenient location for families. Home had everything needed for the stay, which made things so easy when traveling with younger children. We couldn’t be happier. The luxury of being within minutes of everything is priceless. Great quick response from owner when needed. Can’t wait to come back for sure.

Anna Maria Island getaway

Wonderful 3 day weekend at Palm Tree Paradise. House was very cozy. Everything you need for your home away from home. Dogs lived the backyard. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella and coolers in the garage. Excellent communication with host.

Exactly What I Needed

I really enjoyed my time at this property. The communication with the property management as well was timely even when hiccups arose, they worked to make sure I was taken care of. As for the cleanliness of the place....i was very satisfied and my expectations were above and beyond what I was expecting...to include the neighborhood. I was very pleased from the moment I walked in the door for my stay to the minute I left. Thank you for everything. I am looking forward to another trip back soon.

Just wanted to clarify that we did not cancel your reservation. You choose to leave because you felt the home was not up to your standards which we understand due to some uncontrollable issues which we were more than prepared to had resolved immediately. We apologize again for falling short and have made the necessary adjustments.

This home has plenty of room. The game room was great to get the competition between the adults for high score. Or a nice game of monopoly at the outdoor tableThe pool area and outdoor dining area was perfect, shade over the table to get you out of the sun along with a ceiling fan to move the air.The house was very close to Publix, Aldi, and many restaurants.Anna Maria island only 10 minutes from the house.Gabe the property manager responded very quickly to every question we had. There was an issue with the hot tub and Gabe got right on the issue and had service out within a day.We will definitely book again if we are back in the area.
