Es ist mein Traum ist eine brandneue und wunderschöne Insel-Themen-Private-Duplex mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Ausgestattet mit einem privaten beheizten Pool / Spa und einer geräumigen Terrasse. Dieses Haus repräsentiert wirklich das Beste, was Anna Maria Island zu bieten hat. In zentraler Lage mit nur einen kurzen 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von den Stränden und in der Nähe zu allen Geschäften und Boutiquen!

Mit feinen Armaturen, Granit und brandneue geschmückt HDTV's-Dieses Haus ist ideal für Ihren nächsten Familienurlaub! Die Schlafgelegenheiten sind 2 Kingsize-Betten und 1 Queen-Size-Bett. Das Obergeschoss Master-Suite verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, während die anderen zwei Schlafzimmer (auf der Hauptwohnebene befindet) teilen sich ein Badezimmer.

Great beach house!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing!! The pictures dont do it justice. My family enjoyed a week there and it didnt disappoint. The house is in a quiet area and we felt safe. Fast walk to beach and resturants. Flordia dreams realty were great to work with. The house has real upgrades and not just slapped paint after hurricanes & it was a relief. The pool is a paradise with palm trees and a beautiful deck. The bedrooms are spaced out. I would suggest some blackout curtains for master upstairs at sunrise everyday we were awoken, and during the day for a nap too bright. The AC kept house cool, use of garage was appreciated. There are beach supplies provided however the chairs were old and wagons broken so we rented our own, I would recommend this be replaced, still a 5 star stay, just a personal request. The living room was spacious and nice to close the curtains after a day in the sun!!! I would love for pur family to return to this house again. Lovely house with nice furniture, new appliances, cozy beds and beach decor!!! See you again soon.

Great Spot

The house has a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The outdoor patio are lovely (although we thought the pool was going to be heated and it was not). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked. The beach chairs/wagon are a definite plus.

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, great pool and hot tub (though it took us a week to figure out that it takes 30 muntes to warm up), great location close to beach, shopping, restaurants. Only glitches in the visit were that the washer and the dishwasher both died while we were there. Florida Dreams management was quick to respond and order new ones (though it took a week to get the dishwasher).

Quaint home steps away from the beach with modest amenities with wear and tear within the home to be expected with a vacation rental! Loved the home, but found a few issues which affected a great guest experience! This was our second trip to Anna Maria and our first with the property management team of Florida Dreams Realty. It’s been said that you only get one chance to make a 1st impression. Customer service is defined as the provision of service to customers before, during, and after the sale. Our experience was that customer service ended at the purchase of the rental. The property manager failed to respond to our concerns and questions! We definitely did not feel treated as a VIP as stated on their website! The following is the reason for our overall rating considering Covid Cleaning Protocol: 1.) Mold was found in both shower walls and shower liners. We used mold removal spray to clean prior to use! 2.) Hair was found on the bed linen, floors, and showers. 3.) Some plates and kitchen utensils were dirty and needed cleaning prior to use. 4.) Pendants lights over the kitchen counter top, ornaments, television frame, picture frames, and ledges around the wall needed dusting. 5.) Living room sofas are stained. 6.) 1 pool Adirondack Chair is cracked and 1 pool lounge char has a broken back support! Sand in the pool needs removal! Final result is a failure of making a good 1st impression, nonexistent customer service, and definitely did not feel treated as a VIP!

That's funny. Guests were happy and did not complain about anything until we had to turn down their request for a late check out at 6pm (normal check out is at 10am) at no extra charge!. As soon as we did communicate this, we have received an email with the exact same content as in this review. Very obvious, we deal with a revenge here.

Das Haus ist einfach perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit auch!Einziges Manko ist die Vermietungsagentur: aus unsere Frage, wie die Alarmanlage ausgeht haben wir nach 2 Stunden eine Antwort bekommen, auf eine Antwort wie man das Haus abschließt warten wir seit einer Woche. Telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar, noch nicht einmal auf der Notfallnummer Ietu

Usually it's a small screen. The home is well built and furnished nicely. The kitchen is fully stocked, to the point that I would prefer them to remove some items so that there is room for our food etc in the cupboards. The pool, spa, deck and grill are great. It is a very spacious pool area for a large family if needed. Again, they have provided a great grill that works efficiently, not like some homes with a grill that is underperforming and too small. Best location too. Literally 1 block to beach access. Walk to Grouper area and Hurricane Hanks area. Very happy with Florida Realy too. I had never heard of them but there were immediately responsive to my questions and very kind to work with. Thanks Misty!

The reason we keep coming back is because they are attentive, great to deal with and their properties are always fantastic and in great locations. 'It's My Dream' is the best house we've stayed in yet. We spent a week here in Sept. 2021 and loved every minute of it. This house is gorgeous and on the corner of a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The pool was cleaned multiple times on our stay and the whole backyard oasis is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The house had beach toys, chairs, and beach cart when we stayed. Additionally the kitchen has all the amenities you'd need if you want to cook on vacation (multiple pans, crockpots, etc). We can't wait to stay here again someday....

Loved it!

It was a great location and a great layout. We had a 2 yr old and 4 yr old with us. The walk to the beach was close enough they could walk there and back on their own. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to get back!

Fabulous week at a beautiful property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful week at this gorgeous home. The property is convenient to everything and is decorated beautifully. The real star of the home, however, is the outside area with its amazing pool. We have a pool at home but still spent every day in the pool after time at the nearby beach or exploring the island via gold cart (I highly recommend renting a golf cart!). The outside grill was well used to make wonderful seafood meals and the interior living area with flatscreen was perfect for watching a movie in the evening. Two small recommendations- we didn’t use the beach chairs provided and suggest the owner consider whether they need to be replaced. Also, a few starter items like salt/pepper and coffee would be a great touch. Holmes beach offers two lounge chairs and an umbrella for $25 for the day which is fully set up for you and taken down. We didn’t discover this until our last day but will return when we come back. The beach was a short golf cart ride away from the property. There are many other beach access points of course. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Perfect honeymoon

We rented this property for a week long honeymoon stay and it was wonderful. It was perfect for just the two of us but could also comfortably accommodate a family. The neighbor is clean, quiet and right in the middle of it all. It is very quiet considering how much there is to do in the area. Beds are super comfortable and everything you might need for vacation is provided. We really enjoyed using the items in the garage for our beach trips. We contributed and left a few items for the next guests. We highly recommend visiting Bean Point during your stay. There is also another beautiful beach within walking distance of the house. We loved our visit so much to Anna Maria we are already planning our next trip!
