The Space:

Soft Florida breezes drift across the patio as you step onto the pool deck, inviting you to dip into the water before a day of theme‑park excitement. The private pool and spa glisten under the sun, offering a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening soak. Inside, two spacious living areas beckon you to unwind with a game or a movie after a sun‑filled afternoon. Every corner of this Davenport retreat feels designed for large groups to gather, relax, and make lasting memories.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across two floors, the seven bedrooms provide a mix of queen, king, and twin beds for up to fourteen guests. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and another with a king bed, each with an attached bathroom. Upstairs includes a bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom, two bedrooms each with a king bed and attached bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms offering two twin beds each. In total, five and a half bathrooms ensure convenience for the whole group.



Outdoor living

A private pool and spa sit just beyond the main living area, creating an easy flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The pool deck offers space to lounge in the Florida warmth, with shade options for cooler moments. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. A BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a quiet patio complete the setting for al fresco meals or evening gatherings.



Kitchen & dining

The large kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals for a big group. Indoor and outdoor dining tables let you choose the perfect setting for breakfast, dinner, or a casual snack. High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support any remote work or planning you may need during your stay.



Entertainment & comfort

Two living areas each include flat‑screen TVs, and a game room offers a ping‑pong table for friendly competition. Air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year‑round. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom basics are provided, along with ample clothing storage for longer stays.



Neighborhood

Located within Solterra Resort, you gain access to community amenities such as a resort‑style pool with water slide, lazy river, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and other recreational areas (fees may apply). The property is a short drive from Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and a variety of local shops and restaurants, placing Central Florida’s top attractions within easy reach.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.

Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
