Facilities & Resort Amenities

Solterra Resort offers a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river, poolside café, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreation area.



Location

Everything you need is just minutes away. Solterra is located in Davenport, providing easy access to Orlando’s world-famous theme parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment. You’ll be 5 minutes from a supermarket, and just 7 minutes from Posner Park with an IMAX theater and a variety of shops and restaurants.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.



The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.



The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.



Getting Around:

Kissimmee Station only 22 min drive!

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) within a 27 min drive!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that during cold or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, some debris may wash in, which could temporarily affect water clarity.



A refundable security deposit of $500 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.



Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.

We offer convenient self check-in and check-out for a seamless arrival and departure. While we are not available in person, we are always happy to answer questions and assist you to the best of our ability.
