Other Things to Note:

A refundable security deposit of $500 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that this is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and it will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.



Cleaning:

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. We ensure that our cleaning team maintains the highest standards of hygiene for a safe and comfortable stay.



Pool & Spa Heating:

If you would like to add heating for the pool and spa, please request it at least one week in advance. The cost is $35 per day, billed separately. Please note that during cold or rainy weather, pool use is not recommended. The pool is serviced weekly, but rain may temporarily affect water clarity due to debris.



Check-Out:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Our housekeeping team arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs may disrupt schedules and could result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home:

This property is self-catering, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. For your convenience, the following items are provided:

- Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads

- Kitchen: Paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included)



If any items are missing, please notify us upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.



Safety & Privacy:

For your security, there are cameras outside the property, none of which overlook the pool area.
