This charming lakefront cabin is set on over an acre of peaceful mountain landscape, boasting one of the most picturesque vistas in the county. Just minutes away, you`ll find world-class fishing, hiking, and ATV trails. Keep an eye out for bald eagles often seen soaring over the lake. Book your mountain escape today!Cabin FeaturesThis lakefront gem features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. With two master ensuites, it’s ideal for families or small groups. The cabin’s recent renovation has elevated its interior, blending modern updates with rustic charm to create a warm, inviting mountain retreat. Upon entering, you`ll be captivated by the stunning views of Pike’s Peak and Burgess Reservoir through expansive windows. The open-concept main floor includes:
Great Room: A spacious living area with all-new reclining furniture and a cozy gas fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.Chef’s Kitchen: Recently updated to include sleek black leathered granite waterfall countertops, a gas cooktop oven, and stainless steel appliances, along with a reverse osmosis water filtration system at the kitchen sink for fresh, clean drinking water.
Dining Area: Featuring new dining furniture that seats six and a bar area with additional seating for four, making it ideal for meals and gatherings. Step outside onto the large deck, complete with: A gas grill for outdoor cooking.A fire table for crisp mountain evenings. Custom chairs for relaxing while overlooking the lake and aspen groves.
The main floor master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower, and easy access to the deck. Additional conveniences include a full laundry room and a half bath near the entrance.
Upper & Lower Levels
Upstairs: Accessed via an open staircase, this level includes a cozy sitting area with lake and mountain views—perfect for reading or relaxing—and a small desk area, ideal for working while enjoying the stunning scenery. The second master suite, complete with vaulted ceilings and a private balcony, is also located on this floor.
Lower Level: Features a third bedroom and additional sleeping options, including a sleeper sofa in the open space at the base of the stairs. This level is also equipped with entertainment options such as a shuffleboard table, a wall-mounted Scrabble game, a card table, and a smart TV, making it a perfect space for family fun and relaxation.
Guest Access & Community Details
Access: Guests have access to all three levels of the home and the garage, which can accommodate one car. The paved driveway is steep, with parking for a maximum of three vehicles. During the winter months, parking is limited to two vehicles only. During the winter months, parking is limited to two vehicles only. Snow removal equipment is stored in the garage and requires full access to the driveway to perform snow removal. If the right side of the driveway is blocked, snow removal cannot be completed and guests would be responsible for snow removal.
Lake Usage: This is a lake-view property only. Guests may enjoy the lake views and walk on designated public roads around the lake where permitted. The lake itself is private and reserved for members only.
Guests may not access or use the lake for any reason, including swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, or shoreline access. Guests may also not access community areas, the clubhouse, docks, private trails, or restricted areas. These rules are strictly enforced.
Parking in Winter During snowy months, only two cars are allowed on the property to ensure the snow plow in the garage can be used for snow removal. One car can fit in the garage, and an additional car can be parked in the driveway. Additional Information Privacy: We respect our guests’ privacy but are available for any needs during your stay. Exterior surveillance camera on driveway only.
Neighborhood: The mountain community consists of large lot sizes and stunning homes, creating a serene environment.
Year-Round Accessibility: The cabin is open year-round, with well-maintained roads plowed by the county. In snowy conditions, the driveway is cleared for guest convenience.
Other Things to Note:
- Important Notes for Winter TravelPlease ensure you are traveling in a suitable vehicle during winter months.
- AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity.
- Fire Restrictions: Before using any outdoor fire feature, including propane fire pits, guests must check and follow all current county fire restrictions. To check current restrictions, search online for “Teller County fire restrictions.” If a fire ban or restriction is in effect, the fire pit may not be used. Guests are responsible for any fines, damages, or issues caused by prohibited or unsafe use.
- Early check-ins/Late checkouts may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $35 per hour for both early check-ins and late check-outs. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.
- Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind by other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest`s discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Violation of pet or smoking (inside) policy $300 minimum deep cleaning
- Guests who fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 10-minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $75 for every half-hour increment.
- Before You Arrive: To ensure a smooth and seamless stay, we require all guests to complete a short Rental Acknowledgement and registration form after booking. A secure link will be sent shortly. Once completed, we’ll send your check-in details.
