This was a very unplanned stay. I was able to get this apartment quickly and the staff was very nice and accomodating. The pool was clean and the room was small but nice. It had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to use.

I was very overwhelmed with how nice and accommodating the staff was and helping out and every way possible. Carlos was a good person for places to go, places to eat things to do, etc. I would stay at this resort on my return to Aruba. I love to being right outside the pool area

Great Experience!

We had a wonderful time at Palm Beach Suites. The room was clean and outfitted with lots of towels. The team was responsive to our extra requests and made our stay incredibly enjoyable. With ample parking and just a short walk to Palm Beach, the location was also great!

This villa is amazing, very quiet and well maintained. The staff is around throughout the day and always ready to help. The beach is 7 mins walk, local grocery store 5 mins away on foot. I will definitely go back there in the future.

Wonderful find

Very clean and comfortable...great location....very attentive staff. Grilling is available. Kitchen equipment ...coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and small fridge included. Ceramic tile bathroom with hot water....hair dryer. Pool and great lounge chairs .... plenty of shade and sun. We walked to the beach and many restaurants....Taxi service is available.

The owner and manager are very good at communicating with the guests. The property inside and outside the suites are well-maintained. The property is quiet, safe, clean, comfortable. All guests were respectful of each other's space, belongings, and privacy. The water pressure was superb and made for a refreshing shower. Some feedback for further improvement: A roll of paper towel might be a helpful item in the kitchen. The glass shower door in the bathroom should close all the way to prevent water from spraying out onto the bath mat and floor.

Perfect :)

The location is perfect as you can walk to the area with all the restaurants, shopping and beaches. Hint - you can walk along the road but we found it easier and quicker to walk through the Marriott and walk on the beach side of the hotels. We will be back here for sure! Jesus was so nice and helpful - he made sure everything we needed or any questions we had were taken care of. The only thing I can say that I would change would be for there to be safes in the rooms (although nothing happened and the complex is under security - I would feel better if I had an in room safe). Also minor but it would be nice if there were an ice machine on site or if they sold bags of ice.

Fantastic Location

Just off the main hotel road of Palm Beach near to the Marriott and the Ritz Carlton you will find this gem. 10 rooms make up this quiet retreat with a nice salt water pool and outdoor sitting area. A grill and flat top grill are there to use. Pots, pans, cooking utensils and some spices are all available for use. Gloria our host was there to answer any questions and to give us some advise on where to go out. They also have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas (i would be caution using these as the winds on the beach can get intense) and even had some snorting gear we could borrow. They easy flat walk to the beach was only 10 minutes. We mostly used the beach in front of the Marriott and Ritz as they were beautiful. Rent a Jeep for a couple of days and do some exploring on the wilder side of the island. You will not be disappointed with staying at this property.

We were three young guys from germany and spend two weeks at the apartment. When we arrived José picked up our luggage into our room. The apartments were clean and friendly. The apartment and pool locks exactly like it is shown at the pictures. If you where there give nice greets to José and Carlos.

The best thing I've ever done for myself

The staff at my little oasis were all very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Each and everyone that worked here were extremely attentive to my needs as well as the other guests. I didn't want to brag about this property too much, because I wanted to keep this hidden gem to myself. But I guess I can share! I was a solo female traveler and found this place to be safe and also just what I needed to help me relax and recharge my battery. Kudos!

Great location, great service, great value

First, to clarify, the name of this place is Yoyita Suites. Somehow for us, this got lost in translation. It's a beautiful place, 10 rooms, 5 facing the pool and 5 facing a tall fence towards the street. It's quiet, clean, comfortable, no frills, couples only. We loved it. The management was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you Natasha and Marjorie. I appreciated that they were on site and always available. E.g. on the first day I notified them that the shower drain was plugged (probably from all the sand) and they took care of it the same day. If you follow the instructions provided and are driving yourself, make sure you drive to the end of the street. Yoyita will be on your left at the very end at the street. The house numbers are completely random and we had a bit of trouble finding 7G. Our room itself was a nice space, air conditioned, with hot water. I really appreciated this. Other rooms at this price did not have air conditioning and it was hot in September. The space is pretty new, clean and comfortable. We stayed for a week and I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned our room mid-week. That was a super nice touch and something I did not experience before with VRBO rentals. The kitchen is on a side wall and if you want to have an electric stove to be able to cook, you need to pay an extra $20/night. But there's a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a blender, so we did without. I especially appreciated the blender since I have to eat gluten free and so sandwiches or pizza are not an option for a quick meal for me. But I could easily find what I needed for a smoothie. Make sure not to load the mini fridge as the shelves won't support too much weight (e.g. too many soda cans). And the freezer is not great, e.g. we bought ice cream and it melted. There's a mini market close by that has great avocado, mango, bananas and essentials. For real food -- groceries and healthy food -- you need to drive, cab it, or take the bus to Super Foods, a big super market on the way from the airport. If you're renting a car, I recommend stopping on the way to Yoyita as you leave the airport. That will save you some time. You'll find there anything you can find in a good US supermarket. There's a landline that you can use to make local calls. I found that handy as well since we did not have roaming. Yoyita is in a neighborhood across the street from the big hotels, e.g. Marriott. So, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Definitely stay here!

This property is one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever stayed in (and I travel frequently). The unit was wonderful, had WiFi, air conditioning that worked amazingly, pool was well maintained and was just overall beautiful; plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach! The location is great, and we walked to all the piers on palm beach for our adventures. Everyone (Maggi, Jose, etc) were all so wonderful and accommodating and so friendly. They gave us great recommendations on what to do/see while we were there. There is a little market just down the block that we shopped at. I will definitely be back to Aruba and will be staying here!

Peace next to the beach life!

I spent 7 wonderful nights here and had an amazing stay! This property is very clean and secure. It consists of 11 units with mini kitchens that can offer 1 King bed, 2 beds (king and queen) and even a combined unit that can provide a apartment type room with 3 beds (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 kitchenettes. I would highly recommend this property for 3 reasons. Location, value and service. This property is just across from the popular and expensive high rise hotels in the Palm Beach area. It is a 5-7 minute walk to these properties. You can walk right through the lobbies and you are on beautiful Palm Beach and in the middle of it all! A 10 minute walk gets you to the heart of all the restaurants, shops, clubs that you will need. (my favorite was the Moomba Bar right on the beach!) The manager, Carlos was fabulous and takes your happiness and security very personally! It was like staying with a friend or family member. Everything I needed he either did or arranged for me. He is a huge asset to this property an his English is coming along well! His staff, Jose and Mila were there for anything needed and Jose is good on the grill! If you want to stay just off the strip and have a safe, quiet and comfortable stay then save yourself a fortune. You will feel like it is your own private casa. Carlos, thanks again my friend! It was awesome. I will be back!
