I give the house a 4.5 - the house was exactly like the pictures. It was nice and simple but not luxurious. We enjoyed the visit and Annie was very responsive! We had some trouble with the hot water in the showers and didn’t have any most of the time. Annie replaced the battery in the hot water heater but it still was iffy. There is no hot water in the house except to the showers. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels, 4 beach chairs and lots toilet paper!! The pool area was very nice and clean. We even used the grill one night. We liked being close to the grocery store and fairly close to the beaches. We rented a car so we moved around a lot and saw a lot of the island. Everyone was super friendly, even the neighborhood dogs who joined us on walks! The kitchen was nicely stocked and even had coffee and a bottle of Malibu Aside from the hot water not being consistent, be aware the beds are very firm which is why I said 4.5 instead of 5 but I prefer a softer bed. We enjoyed Aruba and look forward to our next visit.

Excellent week-long vacation

I was very impressed with my experience renting an Air-BNB with Ksenia. Both she and Annie, the housekeeper, were extremely fast with replies to my messages both before and during my trip. They went above and beyond in terms of offering recommendations as well. The house was very well maintained, and I had no issues with appliances or the living space. The pictures on the listing are also very accurate. The backyard was perfect size for relaxing in the afternoon after being in the sun all day, and the pool was well-kept. You have to purchase electricity for the house at the local gas station, which seemed a bit foreign coming from the USA, but Annie was super helpful in making the process of purchasing it very easy. I went with my 3 friends and we only ended up having to pay about 70 total for 6 days time. Overall, a great place to stay for the price. Neighborhood felt very safe; I would go on morning jogs around the area and felt perfectly safe on my own. Overall a great spot!

Best balcony

The interior of the property was excellent, providing all the kitchenware you could possibly need. The master bedroom on the upper floor was excellent. The most enjoyable part was the furnished second floor balcony, where there was always a wonderful, cool breeze.The pool required cleaning when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. Monday was a holiday so we didn’t get the pool cleaned until Tuesday morning. The beautiful umbrella that they show in their opening picture was nonexistent and the equipment to help us clean the pool ourselves was broken and not replaced during our time there.

Anniversary getaway!!

Something my wife and I have planned for a very long time, and the trip was absolutely fantastic. Mainly made possible by a very convenient, clean, and reasonable property near everything we wanted to see during our ten-day stay in Aruba. Kenia (Owner) and Annie (in-neighborhood liaison and cleaner) were both very responsive with every part of the stay process. House has a beautiful pool just perfect for a couple, washer and dryer worked great, air-conditioners worked efficiently and kept the house VERY comfortable. The gas stove was great for foodies like us, and the dishwasher cleaned all the on-site dishes just beautifully. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with the exception of some very friendly lizards and iguanas visiting us in the backyard every so often. We would DEFINITELY use this house again in the future; especially because of the professionalism and kindness that Ksenia demonstrated throughout our entire stay. Thank you so very much for a breathtaking visit to Aruba!!

Great location

This property was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We stayed Tues- Sunday and paid $60 for electricity, which Annie collected at the beginning of our stay. We had ac going most of the time and were worried we’d have to pay more mid stay but it covered all of it. We rented a car and definitely recommend that at this location. We felt very safe in this area. The house is just a couple minutes from a really nice grocery store and a quick trip to the main road. Also quick access via car to restaurants, night life, ice cream shops and movie theaters and of course beaches. Pool was small but nice. There are lots and lots of towels provided, which was nice. Also we went in August so didn’t expect any mangos from the tree but we were excited to find a couple! Also a couple reviews mentioned barking dogs but we didn’t hear any. Our family loved our stay! Thank you!!

Very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything, between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. Great restaurants nearby. Housekeeper was very attentive, and owner was responsive and helpful. Pool is a bit small, but comfortable lounge chairs and clean. Home has everything needed for a wonderful 10 day stay!

Property was even better than the pictures show. Fabulous well-appointed home in a great location near Superfood grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. We had a rental car which made getting around easier, but a car is not necessary. We enjoyed the private back yard with double doors on the main floor that open to the pool and covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. We are definitely planning for our next stay here!

Great Owner

I want to start by saying Ksenia and Nuris were great. They were quick to reply and Nuris helped me greatly throughout our stay. Now the unfortunate part. When we arrived the trash had not been emptied from the previous stay. Overall, the place was not clean. The pictures did not match what we walked into. Yes, they were taken of the same place, but clearly they were taken when the house was perhaps newer. We never had a hot shower our entire stay. The heater on the dryer did not work either. I would not stay here every again due to the cleanliness, and the two other incidents involving the hot water and dryer. However, again, I must say that the owner and Nuris went above and beyond in communication. Hopefully the pictures get updated to reflect the true look of the property.

Great house and location

We loved staying at this house. There were 6 of us and the house was spacious enough to feel comfortable. The house is conveniently located to Super Foods grocery store and just minutes from both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. We rented a car for the week and made day trips to both the north end (Tres Trapi) and south end (Baby Beach). The weather was quite warm during our week in mid-May but we are used to heat being from the Southeastern USA. We used the A/C a good bit. As a result we spent around $80 on electricity. We turned off the A/C anytime we left the house. With 6 adults we also used a good bit of water and paid $50 extra for water usage. It was totally worth it for these added utility charges. The outdoor grill and washer/dryer came in handy. Pool was very nice. Annie was helpful during check-in. Aruba is indeed one happy island!

Great Property!

This was our first trip to Aruba and feel very fortunate to have found this property. Close to everything but very private. Annie the housekeeper helped us get checked in on the first day and everything went very smooth. Our kids loved the pool. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect vacation home

This was our first time to Aruba and this house turned out to be perfect for us . I was traveling with 4 young adults . Everything was conveniently located never more than a 6 minute drive to where we wanted to go . The house manager was close by and responded quickly to anything we needed . The 3 bedrooms were good sized and we were comfortable . Being able to go to the beach 3 minute drive and then come back jump in the pool and grill dinner was awesome ! The kitchen is very well stocked and I found a library of books the second day . Able to log into our prime video for movies shows . Being able to do our laundry was also a bonus . Great house

Great stay in a quiet area

We stayed a week at this very roomy quiet property. Excellent area close to a nice grocery store and restaurants but away from the crowds. Has 3 large BRs with master upstairs. Mini splits in all rooms. Nice pool that we just put our feet in (was a little cold to me-not heated) really nice patio and grill too. Would stay again!

Decided to book a house instead of a hotel for a number of reasons and this house did not disappoint! The pictures are spot on. The location is amazing. The property manager was fantastic along with the owner. My family had the best time! Book the trip! You wont regret it!

Nice time

This house was nice and well kept. It is in a very good location. Close to everything including supermarket, entertainment area, and the best beaches on the island (all within 5 minutes of driving). Only downside was the washer/dryer not working properly. They did try to get it fixed but couldn't repair apparently. Property manager was responsive. Overall I would stay again for sure.

The property was located to all kinds of fantastic beaches and snorkeling. We had an easy drive to food as well. The pool was a fantastic bonus. We jumped in every day. The only difficulty we had was using the drying rack because the dryer doesn’t work. It kept falling over no matter how I secured it. I hauled over some large rocks from the yard and used a chair to get it to finally stay put. Overall though, a very enjoyable stay.

One Happy Island!

Everything was as posted. The property and the house is amazing especially the pool after a long day at the beach! Great location to numerous beaches and nightlife and eateries not to mention the supermarket was a minute away which made it super convenient. Always quick communication with owner and housekeeper. Simply paradise

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba. The house, the pool, the beach, the weather... everything was exactly what we hoped for. Our phones did not work without any Wifi so it was tricky to get directions and communicate with Annie especially upon arrival since GPS or WhatsApp wouldn’t work once we left the airport. Home away from home

This was our first time in Aruba. The house wasn’t ready when we got there but it was fine cause we ran to the supermarket for some stuff while Annie worked on it. Annie was wonderful. Meeting her was nothing formal. We felt like we arrived at a relatives home. That house had everything listed and even some seasoning supplies maybe from previous tenants which came in helpful. The beach chairs weren’t usable but it was fine cause we spent most of our time at moonba beach we’re you can rent them. There were houses around but it was very quiet. Except for the occasional dog barking. What I like the most is that no one bothered us about the moderate noise we made By the pool (small radio, laughing, talking loud etc.) We smoked outside. Annie gave us our privacy and answered Right away the few times we texted her. We did well with the electricity and the water but there were only 3 of us so I’m sure with more people we wouldn’t have. We mostly turned the ac on at night. I would definitely recommend you rent a car as nothing is walking distance. We would definitely go back to this location.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Villa is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Aruba. I cannot imagine a better location for our home. The house is approximately 1.5 km (1 mile) from the beach.(15 min walking to Eagle Beach). It is a walking distance to Super Foods (7 min walk). The store has everything that you can think of! It is also a short drive (2 minutes) to downtown Palm Beach. You are in the heart of everything! I
