I was completely blown away with how nice the apartment was. I didn't expect a cappuccino coffee machine and a regular coffee pot, Blender, Toaster, Smokeless Grill, and a GeorgeForeman for burgers and sandwiches. Some reviews complained about the bed, if you like firm you will love it, no noise and plenty of pillows. Also the safe was very nice. Neighborhood was quiet mostly residential.

Great for a short stay

My stay was good. I wasn't in the room much but when I was it was tight. Bed was nice, roof top area was a big plus. Location was good, on a major road but my room was on the back block so I didn't hear much traffic at night. I would stay again for a night or two.

This is a very nice property up to date with everything you need. Grocery store is in walking distance. Love that they provide beach chairs and towels and even a cooler for those beautiful beach days. Wonderful!

Cute little studio

Off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood. Listing was spot on. Perfect place to lay your head. Upstairs rooftop has a pool to dip in.

Property had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Had issues getting to the lockbox for the key. Staff happened to be onsite to assist. Centrally located property. Great water pressure. Rooftop was a plus.

Salomon Building Studio

We were in Aruba for 13 nights. The Studio Apartment at the Salomon Building was just right for the two of us. It’s a short 15 min walk to the downtown area and beaches. The Studio was exactly as described. There is a bus stop near by and plenty of cabs pass by often.

Two week stay

We stayed in this property for two weeks. We had a great time property was clean and quit. We had a few minor problems but the property managers answered right away and corrected them instantly . I would recommend this property to any couple looking for a quality place to stay. This property is 6 stars except for the bed which is loud when moving around … we expected this after reading other reviews we got used to it and didn’t effect our time but with a quiet hed would be much better. All and all very happy with our stay and the property would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Room slept in before we got there

We arrived a day later than expected due to a missed flight. When we arrived, we discovered that our room had been slept in and not cleaned. I called the property owner, and she sent someone to clean it. I asked how this could happen , and she could not tell me. She did have the room cleaned and refunded me for one day. But it was not a very welcoming feeling. And the area was extremely noisy with people outside, barking dogs and roosters crowing in the morning. I would not book this location again.

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect place for our (husband and me - early 50's) first visit to Aruba. We rented a car to explore the island each day and the location of the rental property was perfect for us. The kitchen had all the amenities and more you need. It was great being able to use the beach towels, chairs and cooler that were provided. I might bring a plusher towel when I visit next - because that's something I enjoy. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure and there was plenty of closet storage. Our bed made noise whenever you rolled over and it wasn't the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in but that may be my own personal preference. There is a washer and dryer that all units share. We used it twice and only had to wait a small amount of time while another guest was finishing. We used the rooftop pool just once because we spent most of our time exploring aruba. The pool was perfect to cool off in and enjoy an evening drink. We would definitely come back to stay here again and have already recommended it to others heading to Aruba!

Notre séjour a été magnifique. Nous avons déjà hâte à notre prochain voyage sur l’île. La chambre avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous étions à 10-15 minutes de marche du centre ville d’Oranjestad. Nous avons loué un véhicule pour la dernière moitié de la semaine ce qui nous permis d’explorer le reste de l’île. Nous avons acheté le nécessaire pour déjeuner dans notre petit studio. Le secteur est assez calme. La seule suggestion: fournir un bac bleu à l’extérieur de la bâtisse pour encourager le recyclage pour éviter que tout se ramasse aux déchets.

Great location but terrible communication

I would've given 5 stars however the communication with the host was non existent. I sent 3 messages one through the app, and 2 via whatsapp (based on the number provided after the reservation). We stayed for 8 nights. The host didn't reply, neither made the effort to check if everything was okay. Luckily we didn't have any problems during check-in nor during our stay. But it could've been a horrible experience if we needed the host for anything. I wouldn't recommend this place if you like to communicate and be close to the host for your needs. The place is excellent, just like the pictures. It has everything needed. The kitchen is complete with all thecutensils you might need for cooking. The bed is firm and comfy. The pillows could be better, they are very thin. If you can, try bringing yours.The area is nice and it is close to the center.

good new property with some ongoing construction in a quiet area

This is a quite new efficiency unit that has nice modern design elements. It had everything we needed and was nicely appointed except for a few things that need to be polished. The bar chairs are too high for the counter so hard/uncomfortable to use. Also, there is no where else to sit besides the bed so a comfy chair would be a good addition. The toilet seat is loose and there needs to be hand towel holder in the bath. Also, the TP holder is hard to reach where it is behind the toilet. Kitchen is nice and has everything needed including appliances like toaster, blender, and coffee maker and even some bins for leftovers. The knives are very dull/difficult to use. We added a new one though. The oven is new but did not seem to get as hot as stated on the dial and would not roast veggies even on high so should be checked out. The rooftop common area has a nice modern design as well and is pretty good. Pool is small but nice to cool off in. The only problem we had on our stay was that there is some ongoing construction for the front/lower area that was noisy. Noisy is an understatement. They were breaking up concrete and hammer drilling into the wall of our unit. We let it go the first day, but after the second afternoon of this, we complained and the noise stopped and the manager apologized. Outside of the construction noise this was a quiet unit and neighborhood that is centrally located.
