Two additional queen guest bedrooms include one with a trundle bed, and a shared bath with a shower/tub combo. Plus, the boat launch at Pate Pete Park is just four blocks away, and multiple beach access points, including Maddox Park, are less than a three-minute drive.

Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

*Pool Heat, December - January: due to fluctuating temperatures pool heat may not be available for these months. As long as the outside temperature remains above 50 degrees, pool heat will be available.

*Dogs only, 60lb max, pet fee required
*The following list of dogs breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions:
Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Catahoula Leopard, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Fox Terrier, German Sheperd, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf or Husky.
