The space also offers a second floor private screen porch, 2 Smart TVs 65" and 55", a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen and knowledgeable hosts willing to assist with anything you need!
It is an ideal location to stay and have a relaxing getaway.
As you enter this 3BD/3.5BA home, you are greeted with an open concept living/kitchen/dining area that offers luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The coastal vibes and decor give this home a peaceful, calm feeling with tons of natural light. The living area offers a large sectional sofa and a smart tv. The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and features updated appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Gather around the large dining table and enjoy a family dinner, or have a snack at the breakfast bar that offers seating for 4. On the main level, you will find a spacious master suite with a king bed, and a private bathroom with a custom shower. For added convenience, there is a half bath with the washer and dryer on this main level. As you venture up the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms both offering an en-suite bath. The second master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a private screened-in balcony with large porch swing. The en-suite bath has a large shower and a large single vanity. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The en-suite bath offers a shower tub combo and a large single vanity.
The outdoor area offers two amazing screened-in porches with oversized porch swings on both levels. After a long day in the sun, this is the perfect place to relax and visit with friends and family. The community offers nature trails, several grill and chill areas, and access to St. Joe Bay across the street from the community. Splash in the pools or relax in the hot tub. There is so much to do!

• Guests minimum age is 25. For guests 18-25 a
minimum of 3 positive reviews and no negative
reviews required. Please message us with
questions.
• For items accidentally left we are happy to send
them back for $35, plus the cost of shipping.
• From time-to-time certain amenities may be closed
or unavailable during your stay. We cannot
guarantee the availability of each amenity.
• During hurricane season refunds will be given in the
event of an evacuation order.
Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome pets at our property! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review and follow our pet policy. By bringing a pet to the rental, you agree to abide by the following rules:
1. Pet Approval & Fees
• Pets need to be disclosed at the time of booking.
• A pet fee of $100 per stay applies for any reservation including pets.
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed per stay.
2. Allowed Pets
• Only dogs and cats are permitted. Exotic pets, aggressive breeds, or pets with a history of destructive behavior are not allowed.
• Pets must be house-trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.
3. Pet Behavior & Supervision
• Pets must not be left unattended inside the property unless crated. If left crated, guests must ensure the pet is comfortable and will not cause disturbances.
• Excessive barking, whining, or aggressive behavior is not permitted.
• No wet or muddy pets inside the property. Please clean and dry your pet before entering.
4. Cleaning & Waste Disposal
• Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or linens. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for excessive pet hair or stains.
• Any pet-related odors, urine stains, or damages to flooring, carpets, or furniture will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
5. Outdoor Rules
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the rental, unless in a designated fenced area.
• Do not allow pets to dig, chew, or damage the lawn, plants, or outdoor furniture. Any damage caused will result in an additional fee.
• Please be considerate of neighbors and keep pets from entering their property.

Some of our favorite things to do in our spare time is hike with our girls and get out and explore.
We also really enjoy going over to Windmark and getting a bite to eat at Bruno's Pizza then going over to the Mill Mercantile and Social to get a drink and play corn hole or enjoy live music.

Some of our favorite things to do in Port St. Joe is to walk up and down Downtown Port St. Joe window shopping, stopping in to grab a bite to eat at Joe Mama's, Krazyfish Grill, The BrickWall, Cat 5 Raw Bar or Quattro Locos and for something sweet getting a Jersey Gelato at Shoobies or a daily special milkshake from the Sugar Shack.

This house is great for all types of groups looking to explore all this area has to offer. It has access to two community pools (soon to be three), hot tub and fitness center. The beach is an easy drive less than 1/4 mile to Windmwark Public Beach, which has restrooms, plenty of parking and a great spot for shelling.
