📷 Security Camera
For your safety and peace of mind, there is a camera at the front door. There are no indoor cameras—your privacy is very important to us.
🚙 ATV/UTV Policy
Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails.
🚭 No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors.
⏰ Checkout Time
Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
🎉 No Parties or Events
To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property.
👥 Guest Count
The number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, unless approved in writing ahead of time.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Per HOA guidelines, quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors!
🔒 Firearms
Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve.
📦 No Mail or Packages
We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker or UPS store.
🏢 No Commercial Use
This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
🔧 Amenity Malfunctions & Refunds
While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we`re notified. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!

⌚Early Check-in/Late Checkout: Available at $35/hour (must be pre-approved & paid in advance).
🛒Grocery Delivery Service available for $125. Expecting to arrive late and don’t have time to stop at the grocery store? We got you!
🐶 Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $50 pet fee. If you’d like to bring more than 2, just reach out—additional dogs may be approved for an extra fee.
🐾 Other Pets

🛋️ Fur on Furniture
To keep things clean and cozy for all guests, we ask that pups stay off beds and furniture—unless you bring your own pet-friendly linens.

✅Before You Arrive: To ensure a smooth and seamless stay, we require all guests to complete a short Rental Acknowledgement and registration form after booking. A secure link will be sent shortly. Once completed, we’ll send your check-in details.
Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind from other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. Detached garage is not available for guests.

Please complete a walkthrough of the house/property before departure to ensure no valuables are left behind. Be advised we are not responsible for any items/valuables misplaced or left behind. Due to remote area a $25 fee is applied to mailing items back.

The roads are well kept by the county. If it snows more than a 3 inches we have our driveway plowed and walkway shoveled for guests.

The cabin is open and accessible year round and are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate (AWD or 4WD) vehicle, especially in the wintertime. Guests will not be able to park in garage due to storage.

Outdoor trash: We do not want to attract wildlife like bears or predators. Please dispose of all trash in containers in garage.

The property is equipped with a surveillance camera at the front door only for security purposes. There are no interior cameras.

No ATV/UTVs: The roads are county roads and unlicensed vehicles are illegal. You may not drive your ATVs to the nearby trails, they must be transported there.

Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $35 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.
