Step through the gate into a lush & serene bamboo sanctuary…the sounds of water flowing into a small koi pond, a fire pit, a bright & comfortable open concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, spacious bedrooms with luxurious bedding & chic bathrooms, wide screen TV’s for perfect movie nights, & a magical backyard with outdoor shower, lounge area, and jacuzzi under the stars. A dream getaway!

Set behind a private fence and lush bamboo, this fully renovated home has a courtyard with a beautiful koi pond and water feature, and a backyard with an outdoor shower, lounge area, and jacuzzi.

Inside the house, the main living area features a 50` flat screen TV, luxurious leather sofa, casual chairs, and an indoor swing. There is a dining/game table that seats 4.

Both bedrooms are equipped with high quality queen size beds, 1 with a desk. A third entertainment room comes with a luxurious King Size bed, couch and ottoman with X-large flat screen TV for ultimate family movie nights.

A peninsula in the kitchen is a great spot for coffee or to set up a buffet. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator with ice maker. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans and dinner service for 8.
Sit on the porch or the cafe table in the morning for coffee.
Lounge out on the chaise for a lazy day reading books from the extensive book collection.
Gather your family and friends for wine and a cozy meal in the backyard lounge area, or tell stories around the fire pit and finish the evening with s’mores.
After a swim in the ocean or a surf in some of the best waves in the area, hop in the outdoor shower and then relax in the jacuzzi.

This house is unique in that it is close to the marina (Kiddie Beach and Hobbie Beach), shops and restaurants, and the main Silver Strand beach access point!

Everything is pretty much within walking distance in this neighborhood. If you purchased the ‘all inclusive’ package, you can utilize the bikes, scooters, paddle boards, and surf boards!

House has a theatre room with a king size bed and sofa with a very large screen TV for amazing movie nights.
Guests should endeavor to keep the house clean while they stay. If needed, we can offer maid service for an additional cleaning fee (equal to the typical cleaning fee).

In regard to events, please follow prevailing County Health guidelines for gatherings of multiple households. For example, not going to have a huge rave party here - haha
