LIVING, DINING, KITCHEN:
The open-concept living area makes it easy to gather for meals, movies, or morning coffee. A large sectional and big windows bring in the light and sea breeze. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking or take-out nights and includes a wine fridge, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and thoughtful extras like olive oil, spices, and cookware. The dining table seats six comfortably.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
The rooftop deck is your private front-row seat to sunset. Lounge seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill make it the ultimate spot for golden hour gatherings. Downstairs, the patio offers more space to relax after a day at the beach.DOG
Dogs are welcome here, and we’ve made it easy to travel with them. You’ll find a blanket, bowls, leash, and waste bags ready for use. A small pet fee applies, and we ask that your pup be on a flea program and freshly groomed before arrival. (Sorry, no cats.)

PARKING
You’ll have full, private access to the entire home, including the rooftop deck, garage, and laundry area. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and we’ll send your unique code before arrival.

Booking process: As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. We send automated messages regarding your stay, including your entry code and WiFi that are send through email. Entry code is sent 48 hours before check-in by email and then texted the day of check-in.
