Stayed here for Christmas with my family and had to check out the morning after check-in because the house was unsanitary and uninhabitable. The first night there was a rain/wind storm which resulted in a leak into the master bedroom ceiling at 4:28am. There was also a loud banging sound at intervals throughout the night from the rooftop deck above the ceiling in the master bedroom. We could not sleep at all that night from the banging noise and leak onto the floor (we used towels and a kitchen pot to contain the leak).The house itself was poorly cleaned/unsanitary, contrary to the "Fresh and Clean" notes in the bathrooms. Our socks turned a dark color after walking around. This was especially concerning because we have a 1.5 year old who plays on the floor. The coffee pot was dirty, used wine cork in kitchen drawer, hair in tubs/on a towel, insects in master tub, filthy air filter/return air, no mattress pads/fitted sheets, among other unsanitary conditions. Management offered to send a cleaner the next day (xmas eve) which was unacceptable as we were celebrating holidays together as a family and didn't want people intruding on our stay. It should have been cleaned prior to check-in. They also offered to contain the leak, which we already did. Due to the condition of this home we did not feel safe or comfortable and had to find another place to stay during a busy holiday. Management wasn't interested in recommending nearby hotels and/or offering a refund for our troubles.
