The views of the gulf were great! The proximity to the beach was perfect. However, the unit had a musty odor and desperately needs updating. The bed in master is very uncomfortable with no curtains - you don’t sleep much after sunrise. We love Pinnacle Port - but this unit is short of “amazing”.

Overall the property is located beautiful however we were appalled by the carpet in the bedrooms and how rundown the property is. We wore socks all week and really didn’t want anything touching the floor.

Great view

The beach and pools are very close to this unit. While it could use some updating it had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great also. It also being a second floor unit made it easy to walk up to it or wait for the elevator. The beach area is so pretty and less crowded than the east end of Panama City beach.

wonderful

The Condo was wonderful and so was maintenance we couldn't have asked for better maintenance service. The weather was wonderful. Had a great time.

My reservation was cancelled when I was 2 hours away on the day my vacation was supposed to start. I had to go around and around with I Trip for not letting me know about the room having a leak in the ceiling before I was arriving. The personal at I Trip who rents this unit knew the weekend before I was arriving and didn't let me know it was still messed up. I had to find another place to rent and it messed up 2 days of my vacation. I never did get to talk to the owner so I would be very leary renting from them. I found listing on VRBO who wasn't very helpful either, I did end up getting my money back, but the stress of it all was terrible.

It is truly disappointing that you were not informed about the roof leak in a timely manner. In our defense we were told by the contractors that the leak would be fixed in time for your stay, so we did not know until the very last minute when we went to inspect it for you that it was not fixed and you were not going to be able to stay. We did not purposely wait until the last minute to let you know, and are very sorry about that. We do understand how upsetting it must have been, especially being so close to the property when you found out. Please know that this is not the standard of service we strive to provide. We have addressed this issue with our team to ensure better communication in the future. We are also sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced with VRBO. We have processed your refund, but we regret the stress and disruption it caused to your vacation. We hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide a better experience in the future.

Pinnacle Port C1-203

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect and the view was beautiful. The condo was clean and ready for check in. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had new appliances, which was nice since we like to cook. Bath area could use some updates, but was fine.

Heavenly

Adorable, comfortable and the location is perfection! The second floor access is awesome, right by the elevator and stairs . Steps to the sand in one direction,steps to either pool in the other directions . Two grocery stores and a drug store just beyond the gated entrance. Pinnacle Port is just the best and this Condo is wonderful.

Nice

Pinnacle Port is a great place. Lots of amenities and privacy. I stayed multiple times at different units. This unit was clean and convenient. Just needs a little updating and a few repairs. Great communication with management and as always easy check in and out. Overall another great vacation at Pinnacle Port.
