Comal River Dreaming...fully updated 2BR/2BA condo on the Comal River across from Schlitterbahn and minutes from historic Gruene Hall and within walking distance to downtown New Braunfels. Enjoy tubing the Comal just outside your door, swimming at the condo pool or simply basking on the spacious deck with grills overlooking the river. One BR has a king bed: the 2nd BR a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa. Sleeps no more than 6. Perfect for family vacation or friends' getaway!

THE SPACE
The condo is approximately 950 square feet, is one story and located on the third floor of the building, and is updated. There is an elevator and a luggage cart to hep with loading and unloading, The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room with a TV. The kitchen boast quartz countertops, a wine/beverage fridge and just about anything you would need to cook. There is a Keurig and a traditional drip coffeemaker, and don't worry tea drinkers, there is also a kettle. The balcony offers partial views of the Comal River and the condo is across the street from the world's largest and most loved water park, Schlitterbahn. It also is walking distance to downtown New Braunfels for fine or casual dining and night life! A ten minute drive from/to Gruene and Texas' oldest dance hall, Gruene Hall which often hosts famous artists. There is a washer and dryer for your use and all high end towels and linens are included. We want you to be Comal River Dreaming about coming back, so we've also included FOUR adult tubes for free, and a electric pump to inflate and deflate as needed. High speed internet and SMART TV's for you to enjoy. There are NO PETS and NO SMOKING ALLOWED. For stays of more than 4 guests, a $10 fee will be apply per person for the entire stay for extra cleaning/laundry. WINTER TEXANS, please email us about pricing for long term winter stays!

Guest Access
You have full use of the condo and will enjoy the shared huge deck overlooking the pool and the river. You have complete access the pool, barbeques if you want to grill. The condo is one of only a few with private river access, so you can enter the Comal River right off the property or use any of the local Tubing companies to pick you up or drop you off at any of the other larger tubing areas. This is a popular spot, so guest will need to be registered and given wrist bracelets to wear while staying at the property. There are two parking spots included, one is the covered parking area under the building in an assigned spot, the second is an unassigned spot in the open parking lot between the two condo buildings. You must have your blue parking pass hanging on your vehicle mirror.

Also, please note, that is there is NOT any smoking in the condo your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be charged and extra $300 for cleaning. There will be an extra charge of $300 if a pet is brought into the condo as well. Guest has allergies and this causes the owner the inconvenience of extra cleaning of the furniture and air ducts.
