Remarkable waterfront condo overlooking the gorgeous Comal River!

Rapids 104 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that accommodates up to 4 guests.
Master: 1 King
2nd Bedroom: 1 King

Fully furnished with linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, a washer/dryer, TVs, and more!
Regular drip coffee maker and coffee included. The unit has a Kureig machine, please bring your own k-cups.
This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Mitten in der Gegend Downtown, einem Stadtteil von New Braunfels, befindet sich diese Wohnung in ländlicher Umgebung und direkt am Wasser. Gruene Hall gehört zu den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wer auch die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Comal River und Guadalupe River. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Schlitterbahn Waterpark New Braunfels und Schlitterbahn East. Beim Tubing, beim Rafting und beim Angeln kannst du die umliegende Wasserwelt erkunden oder aber du stürzt dich auf den Wander-/Radwegen ganz in der Nähe in ein Abenteuer mit festem Boden unter den Füßen.

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very comfortable! The unit was clean, well kept, spacious, and inviting. It was great that the tubes were included for floating and that we had access to the river right there in the yard basically. I will say after a couple of long days floating we came back and did game nights and our family takes those seriously. The kitchen table slides very easily which is no big deal at all unless someone's game pieces go flying at the slightest movement then it's emotional upheaval lol. The communication with property management was easy and response always fast. The location is perfect for everything you could want to do. Our son works and jumps at Skydive Spaceland San Marcos so that was close and convenient too. Riverwalk San Antonio is not a terribly far drive and Gruene was like a Hallmark movie. The local minigolf places were great! We would absolutely stay here again!

Clean and good location

We stayed here because it was close to the beer festival. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It has access to the river and they provide tubes. Would definitely stay here again. It would be perfect for 2 couples, each bedroom had its own bathroom.

fantastic location and plenty of room for 4

the location was perfect. right on the river. plenty of room for 4. deer every where is a nice touch. very secure condos. I wish they would have told us the coffee situation better - we could have brought our own k-cups.

Great place to stay during wurst fest

We stayed 4 nights it’s a really nice property we did notice a couple lights were out in the hall way to the bedrooms and the internet was a little slow that’s the only complaint that we have. It would be nice if bedroom #2 had a chair and some luggage stands in the bedrooms would be useful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, the keypad to open the parking area gate isn’t lit up after dark so we had to use our phones flashlight to see the numbers

Perfect Location and Perfect rental for Couples

The location couldnt get any better. Walking distance from our favorite spots and perfect location for a 2 hour float and walk home with your provided Tubes. We will definitely be back.

Condo on the Comal

The condo was very clean and in a perfect location overlooking the Comal river. The beds were comfortable, the condo was roomy, and it had all the amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.

Perfect Weekend Getaway for Tubing

This property was just what it said it was and worked perfectly for two couples to have their own space. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and great for watching tubers when we weren't on the river. The only negative for me and this is totally a personal preference was the bed in the master. It was very hard. My husband and I both sleep on a softer mattress. Friends said their bed was just fine.

A+ Stay!

Overall VERY pleased with this location. It was as described with some other bonuses - fully stocked cookware, utility items like aluminum foil and baggies, riverntubes, etc. VERY clean, comfortable beds. Close to Schlitterbahn and tubing experiences. Kids loved all the baby deer running around.
