About The Space:

Nestled 20 mins. away from the the vibrant Healdsburg square, this inviting home offers a tranquil escape surrounded by the beauty of Sonoma County’s famed wine country. Set against a backdrop of fruit-bearing and towering trees and lush greenery, the property provides a true serene feeling. With a sparkling private pool and attached hot tub that invites you to soak in the adventures of the day while the aroma of homemade BBQs and grilled burgers lingers in the air.

This home features an outdoor pizza oven, perfect for creating your own wood-fired pizzas while enjoying the beautiful Sonoma weather. The oven offers an authentic experience that complements the region's culinary and wine culture, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or intimate dinners under the stars.

Step in from your private garden with fruit trees and charming blossoms where you’ll find a serene setting to relax and unwind. The interior of the home is thoughtfully designed with open, light-filled spaces that create a welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering the front door, you'll find a table to drop keys, phones, or remotes while you get settled. To the left is a formal living room with fireplace, sofa and chairs.

To your right are both the dining area and kitchen, and continuing is a hallway that leads to the bedrooms (king, queen and two twins) and two full bathrooms.

Back inside to the living area, walk through and down four steps to a very large family room and half bath. This is the perfect gathering space. Open and airy, there are sofas, chairs, game table, TV, and just outside is a deck with additional outdoor seating and leads to the large in ground pool and hot tub

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove-top oven, a full size refrigerator with bottom freezer, a granite counter for plates, coffee, wine or desert, and a table comfortable for eight, open to a remodeled kitchen featuring granite-topped counters. French doors lead to a furnished deck and a unique screened outdoor room, protected from mosquitos and fabulous to have breakfast or dinner, or just get out of the sun while still enjoying some fresh air.

And once the day is over, your plush king bed with an ensuite full bathroom awaits for you to sleep in and get recharge for the next day!

The open living room, with its high ceilings and access to the porch, features a fireplace for a cozy relaxation

- The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, like the stainless steel gas range, full-sized refrigerator with bottom freezer and spacious marble countertops offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease, from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners.

- Relax and unwind by the private pool with attached hot tub and lounges surrounded by lush greenery and colorful blooms.

- A traditional pizza oven and BBQ grill are available for guests to use, providing the perfect opportunity to cook up delicious meals outdoors.

- Spa heating is available upon request for an additional $50 per day (2-day minimum). Please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like this service.

Important Note:

The pool is NOT equipped with a heating system. It is available for use year-round. However, guests typically find it most comfortable to swim in during the warmer months, from late May through early October.

When you stay at Casa Pavone, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
