Located an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge and a short drive from the charming Sonoma County Airport, Serenity is within your reach! You'll be centrally located among adorable small towns, wineries, restaurants, river beaches, and lush forests. While in a peacefully rural part of Sonoma, you're also a short walk from a grocery/deli, the riverfront, and a Michelin Star restaurant.

Whether it’s bicycling on old country roads through vineyards, lazy tubing down the Russian River, or discovering local artwork, the area has much to offer. Recharge your batteries amongst old-growth redwoods, kick back at world-class wineries, or sample hidden culinary gems that dot the region. The choice is yours.

A deep blue theme runs throughout the house, inviting you to unwind. Curl up with a book, movie, or board game. We hope you feel at home.

The kitchen is ready for you to prepare quick bites or multi-course meals, and start your day off with a freshly brewed coffee from the Keurig machine. Enjoy your culinary creations inside, on our unique oval dining table, or outside, under the stars; both tables comfortably fit 6 adults.

The three bedrooms feature premium memory foam, king mattresses, and room-darkening drapes. That and the quiet darkness of the countryside neighborhood will help ensure a deep sleep.

Enjoy a mid-day bath bomb in the sunlit soaking tub, or catch a catnap on the spacious living room couch. Need to get a little work done? Take advantage of the desk nook upstairs, or use whichever spot inspires you; there’s Wifi throughout the house.

The backyard offers a patio table, umbrella with solar lights, and open space to stretch out on the outdoor rug. We find it a peaceful place to read under the sun and stars. The garage fits one car, while the driveway accommodates two to four more. Out of respect for our neighbors, there is no street parking available.

*Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the house and outdoor space. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.


__~~ FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY ~~__
As owners, sustainability is an important value to us. The house is designed with energy and water-efficient appliances that are powered by a roof-top solar system. The house includes individual compost and recycling bins for separating waste. Choices like cloth napkins are available in the kitchen and make-up towels are available in the bathrooms.

__~~ ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER~~__
The J1772 electric car charger is mounted inside the garage, for guest use. Tesla owners must bring their own adapter.


## INTERACTION

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

## NEIGHBORHOOD

Mirabel Heights is a little community on the Russian River with a small-town feel. You'll see lots of our neighbors taking an afternoon stroll or walking their dogs, and they're quite friendly. Feel free to say hi!

Speer's Market is a 5-minute walk away and has everything you need, including a small deli with notoriously large sandwiches. Prepare your order sheet in advance at the house (check the “Local Stuff” drawer in the dining room).

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

Linens and towels, iron, hair dryer, and cleaning supplies. Stocked kitchen including an air fryer, coffee maker, and ice cream scoop! 4 inner tubes and an inflatable cooler for your use.

Sleeping and eating amenities for a baby and a dog. Puzzles, board games, and a few toys for the kids.

High-speed Wifi (400mbps) and Roku TV, perfect for streaming video or "WFRR" (Working from Russian River).

Cell phone reception in the area is spotty; “Wifi calling” on your phone will be your friend.
