* Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open)

Accessibility is one of our great advantages. We are just 9 minutes by car from the ADO bus terminal, making it easier for you to get around the city and surrounding areas, and 14 minutes from Cancun International Airport, ideal for those arriving or departing from the city.



For your daily needs, Plaza Las Américas is just a 3-minute drive away, offering a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment. If you want to enjoy a day at the beach, Playa Langosta is just a 13-minute drive away, perfect for a day of sun and sea.



Other Things to Note:

Notice: The smart TV in the room is out of service.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
