The location was perfect yet some minor things need to be addressed: the toilet ran continually, the screen in one of the kitchen windows had a hole in it, the outlet in the first bedroom under the window was coming out of the wall, one of the lights in the entrance was out. Such a beautiful place to begin our visit to “la belle province”. We were thoroughly impressed with this wonderfully clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything from the foam mattresses and pillows to the well stocked kitchen (with up-to-date appliances, Keurig coffee machine & coffee!!). Loved being able to do our own laundry in the suite. The deck overlooks a community garden, groceries were close by and there was ample parking provided despite our late decision to rent a car. Thank you Marty (& team) for your warm welcome & flexibility. Should we return to Montréal, we will be sure to request this suite again. Merci!!

Perfect! Absolutely amazing location and amenities

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. My husband and I stayed with our two small children ages 3 years and 6 months. The location was phenomenal. I really don't think it could be a better location. There was a beautiful garden, several restaurants, a microbrewery, shops, a grocery store, and a park nearby for the kids. We were able to get to everything very quickly with ease. We arrived early prior to check in time, but were able to leave our bags while we went out and explored . The owner was very friendly when he greeted us and gave us a tour of the place as well as recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The apartment had everything we needed including things for the children such as a Pack n Play and high chair. When traveling with children it's nice to be able to cook. There was a grill on a beautiful Terrace and they even had several spices for cooking. The washer and dryer were also nice amenity and the place was immaculately clean. My daughter even called it her "other home." If it weren't for the cold Winters I would live in Montreal in this apartment. We would return a million times over. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

Perfect Location to Explore the City

We had a fantastic stay in Montreal! The apartment was in a great location-close to everything or a short drive away to explore the city. It was spacious, very well maintained and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the lovely back porch due to rain but it looked very inviting. I loved my time in Montreal and cannot wait to visit again.

Great stay and location in Montreal

Excellent apartment value in a great neighborhood. Our young adult sons really liked it as well. Lots of restaurants and interesting shops close by. Metro station is about 15 minute walk on the lin that goes directly to the old town. Management was easy to contact and would reply quickly to inquiries. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Comfortable apartment with a great location

We spent 5 nights in November and enjoyed the apartment which was exactly as described. It is in the middle of an eclectic neighborhood with bakeries and restaurants all around. Did not need a car as everything we visited was walking distance or a short Uber ride. Yann was great to deal with - he responded right away if we sent an email and gave us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and local bakeries, bagel shops etc. If we could me back to Montreal we know where we will be staying!

Great apartment, awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a charming neighborhood with everything you could want within walking distance. We were very comfortable in the unit - 2 sisters in their 60's and our 2 daughters in their 20's. We did rent the parking spot, which was a great convenience. We just walked down the back spiral staircase to the car. The front steps, as mentioned, are a bit steep and not all of it with a handrail - my sister did not like that part. We chose to drive to our activities, which worked out better than expected. No trouble finding parking garages and lots near where we wanted to go. We visited the botanical garden, Atwater Market, the art museum, and Old Town - all were within 10-15 minutes drive. We particularly enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the great restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, etc. And the bagel shop is right around the corner. We loved the location and hope to be back!
